La experiencia estuvo genial! Silvia y Orlando compartieron muchos conocimientos sobre permacultura y siempre estaban dispuestos a ayudar. El lugar es estupendo, un pequeño valle donde poder estar en contacto plenamente con la naturaleza y aprender de ella. Fue increible poder quedarme unas semanas enla comunidad!! Gracias por todo un abrazo muyyy fuerte!!

Thank you Sylvia, Orlando and team for this great experience in your community! We immediately felt at home. During our stay we learned a lot about permaculture thanks to your shared knowledge and passion. This was our best volunteering experience so far! As volunteers we felt highly valued, working hours are always respected, self-regulation is important and we liked that tasks varied and are done in teams. We really enjoyed living in the community, and sharing time at the bonfire, game nights, etc with students and other volunteers. Thanks again, you opened a new path for our journey!

A comunidademe acolheu em um momento pessoal de transformação e essa terra me trouxe grandes curas e aprendizados que levarei pra sempre, conheci pessoas muito especiais, Orlando um ser amoroso e compressivo e Silvia com seu senso de justiça em prol da comunidade me despertaram aprendizados sobre mim mesma, sobre minhas próprias condutas e ações. O Rio que faz parte a comunidadeterreno era meu lugar favorito pra desconectar e meditar e fiquei íntima com o jardim das hortas 💜 Obrigadaa comunidade!

I had a great experience atthe community. Orlando, Sylvia, and family come as they are and let you come as you are. The work is never over exhausting and theres lots of yummy fresh food! They respect what you the communityin your free time whether you want to be social or need some time alone at the river. I met some great people and cherish my time spent there (-:

I went in a pretty quiet season. Silvia welcomed me with a warm hug and a cozy tent already set for me. As it was a quiet time, the tasks were taken slow and calmly, always finishing at 2PM. They included: weeding, gardening, cleaning and organising different areas, also some construction. We spent two nights in front of the fire, Orlando playing guitar and melted marshmallows 💚 I enjoyed the peacefulness, also the permaculture courses every weekend. Thanks for allowing me attend 🌱 getting my hands dirty 🥔 and talking to me in Portuguese 🙊 (I improved my language skills too!)

Um projeto lindo com pessoas incríveis. Que tive o prazer de conhecer por alguns meses. Porém a relação com a anfitriã facilmente apresenta problemas, uma causa de falta de controle emocional. Infelizmente tive que sair antes a comunidadecombinado pois houve uma briga que se agravou muito. Acredito que deveria ter ficado menos tempo, assim tudo sairia conforme combinado e não daria tempo de nada assim acontecer.

Hice muy buenas migas con los demás voluntarios y algunos de los anfitriones. El lugar es perfecto para relajarse y también para hacer algo de turismo en los días libres. En ocasiones he tenido malentendidos con los anfitriones, pero nada que no se solucione con paciencia y comunicación, ya que son bastante flexibles respecto a nuestras responsabilidades.

The location is absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. The food is so good, organic from their gardens. The tasks and hours are very reasonable and done in the morning before the heat.
