I can't put into words how special the hostel and Himare have been for me🌞💛🥰 my first worldpackers experience & I already cannot wait to return next season. Everyone has been so welcoming and made me feel part of the team as soon as I arrived. The volunteer room is so cute and you get your own private area away from everyone else. 10/10 experience, from the place to the people and everything in between (and the cat cuddles) I can truly recommend this experience to anybody looking to make friends with locals, backpackers and anyone who loves a laid back beach town full of hidden gems & cliff jumps🤪

I chose the hostel for my first Worldpackers experience and it was the best decision I've ever made. The work is manageable and you have plenty of free time to explore Himarë or spend time at the beach. The hostel is very social, there is always something going on, like karaoke nights, BBQs or movie nights. The owners are such amazing people, they made me feel so welcome. I met so many people from all over the world, and I feel very lucky to have lived such a beautiful experience.

My first WorldPackers and I had such an amazing time at the hostel! The team was so nice and the managers were very considerate. Hours were respected and you have plenty of time to explore or chill at the beach. The vibe at the hostel was so relaxing and fun. Met a lot of new people from all over the world and had some very fun nights! Absolutely recommend this place if you are looking for an amazing time at a social place! Breakfast and lunch are included and the numerous BBQ nights also give you to opportunity to have a free dinner if you help preparing. Will for sure come back! Thanks guys!

Came back for a second time and it was even better than the first time around! the hostel team makes sure you're always having a good time and are there to help if you need anything at anytime!

I had the most incredible time volunteering at the hostel! From the minute I arrived, the owners were so welcoming and kind and the other volunteers were amazing. The expectations for work are clear and the work is not too difficult. It is such a fun place with lots of activities to get involved in and opportunities to socialise. Himare is a beautiful location and such a special place to call home for a bit. I could not recommend volunteering here high enough! I loved every minute!

The hostel was a home away from home! Kris, Gjergji, Mikel and Klevis are such great people to work with, as well as all the wonderful volunteers! The work is great, the hostel atmosphere is amazing, and the connections made are so valuable. Himarë is such a special place and has the most beautiful beaches and landscapes. My highlight was all the volunteers coming together every day to have a delicious family lunch and then enjoy the rest of the day again the beach. Thank you the hostel! ❤️❤️

Had an incredible first time volunteer experience at the hostel. So grateful for such a wonderful team and all the other volunteers which turned into the best friendships. The Hostel quickly felt like home and made it hard to leave. My time in Himarë will always be remembered for all the laughs and karaoke. The work was very straightforward and easy, leaving you lots of time to explore and take part in different activities!! Thankyou the hostel!!

My first volunteer and it exceeded my expectations! I loved my time at the hostel and felt so welcomed by all staff/volunteers. I felt constant support and ongoing appreciation. The shift times were great and the roster was in advance, being flexible to ensure Himare was explored through the tours! The work was straightforward, fun and manageable and lunch was included, it really felt like family time. The vibes were always high and there was equal opportunity to socialise and chill! I fell unwell but was supported which was so kind. I made lovely connections with

I had the best time ever! Met some people that I will never forget and formed beautiful friendships, you do really become a huge family at the hostel. Himara is so beautiful and there is so much to do and see. The work is so manageable and easy for the things you get in return such as a free breakfast and lunch everyday.

I enjoyed volunteering at the hostel so much! Mikel and Gjergji are great managers and really kind people. Every day we had family lunch which was so wholesome and brought everyone together. This is a very social hostel so you will love it if you're looking to meet lots of new people and have fun. You can also bike to the beach in about 5 minutes and they always have bikes to borrow! Thanks for everything :)
