L'esperienza

Help with land maintenance, ie. small land clearing tasks, nothing strenuous, for example we need to chop wood (using an electric saw), dig out brambles, and do our Olive harvest. I have a back injury which prohibits lifting weights or bending down too much, hence my need for help.

Dettagli del programma

I would like to work for 4 hours per day, 5 days per week. These are flexible days, as I work a lot online.

For the Olive harvest, we will need to work full days until it's done (usually approx 10 days), but once they go to the press then the remaining days off will be totally off!

A car is pretty important around here as we are quite remote, and if you want to explore in your time off (which I highly recommend!) then taxi's can be expensive... but that is up to you.

Attività e turni

Each day will be different, some days I would love help chopping out brambles, and other days chopping up small branches. On sunny days maybe helping me with the cement mixing, so that I can continue my projects....

Regole

Free use of the washing machine and kitchen, and fridge.
I am off grid, so we need to be very mindful of water usage (we only have a Well), electricity usage (we only have a small solar system) and on rainy days we have to shut down everything except the internet and main freezer.
I work online every day including weekends, and need full use of the internet, so please come with your own internet connection.
We are a quiet household and respect our neighbours.
A car is needed if you want to explore the area, and the food shops are 7 kms away by car.
