So so happy I've been able stay here and will miss it very much!!! It's a the farm paradise tucked away in nature, since it's a dream of mine to eventually do self sufficient homestead type livin I got really inspired and learned a lot in my time here! But most of all what made my stay so special is not the location but the people! I feel forever grateful for meeting the farm family and will hold this memory very close! <3

David and Bhavani were amazing hosts and so welcoming, they made me feel at home from day 1!! The caravan was so cozy and the view was stunning. I learned a lot about sustainable living and giving back to the environment and community. The work was quite fun, pretty flexible, and very rewarding. The island is gorgeous and the wildlife is pretty cool!! I loved every minute I spent on the island and with the farm!!!! Thank you for everything!!!! It was such an amazing experience, and I would highly recommend to other World packers.

I felt very welcomed at Bhavani's and Davids's home. The caravan was nice and had everything I needed, even a heater for colder nights. Besides carpeting, weeding and paving I also contributed a the farm bit at the community festival on Churchill island together with David, which was fun, I worked with school kids on the farm the other day as well! The Two of them made me feel as a part of the farm as they invited me to watch my first Aussie football game and having a small bbq together and I enjoyed our everyday talks a lot. They also drove me and picked me up anytime. Would recommend a 100%!

David and Bhavani were incredibly welcoming and informative throughout my stay. The highlight was the day after I arrived, when I joined a landcare activity planting trees for their neighbor. It was a meaningful experience—I learned about planting, had engaging conversations about plants and sustainability with community members, and ended the day with the best grilled beef. The work was flexible and clearly communicated. I loved feeding the chickens, spending time with the alpacas, and watching stunning sunsets from the nearby beach.

Bhavani and David are such kind and caring people! They're also very flexible with the working hours, making it possible for me to experience the Island Whale Festival and get to see many an attraction around the island! I totally enjoyed the variety of jobs on the farm, such as weeding, checking in on the chooks and alpacas and continuing the decking project that David and Igor started. The work was well explained, and I get to learn lots of new skills. The caravan was cosy and well in contact with nature. All in all, I totally enjoyed the island, life on the farm and the best chai tea ever!

David and Bhavani made me feel at home from the start! They're simply amazing! We enjoyed many activities together, from dinners in the garden to tours around the island. I learned a lot about various sustainable practices, and the caravan is a very cozy place to stay—I loved being part of the deck construction! Bhavani and David are such genuine and kind people who truly made me feel at home! The entire family was so open and welcoming and showed me how beautiful island life is! the farm is truly passionate about sustainability, protecting the environment and always improving. The work was fair, therapeutic, and very rewarding! I learned so much and have so many new ideas to take home and incorporate into everyday living! The caravan was perfect after a day in the sun very comfortable and shaded with a tap nearby. I enjoyed every second I spent on the farm and know you all will to!

My experience with the farm Family was amazing! From the stars, they welcomed me warmly and made me feel like part of the family. I helped with daily tasks like gardening and they were always supportive, making it enjoyable. The cultural exchange was incredible with a lot of sharing. They also showed me the beauty of the island through visits to stunning spots and fun activities. I left with new skills, great memories, and deep gratitude. Thank you to Bhavani and David for hosting me at your farm on Phillip Island. I learnt a lot during my stay - permaculture, living off-grid and the surrounding natural environment. There are plenty of options when it comes to working - all tasks are fully explained and well-equipped. Also, there are many tourist attractions to visit on days off and the is beach a short cycle/walk. You will have an amazing time here!
