L'Esperienza
We are a couple (Stine & Jasper) living in a country house in the island of Mon in Denmark. Jasper is Dutch and Stine is Danish. We bought the grounds 2 years ago and have been renovating the houses and 1 hectar garden ever since. As a volunteer you will be helping in our private home and garden. Our dream is to create a food forest to feed from and renovating artisticly with recycle materials.

Wonderful experience, Stine and Jasper were kind and welcoming. There are a lot of cool projects ongoing. I worked mostly with Jasper, he was very understanding and always willing to teach me how to use the various tools and machines. The work wasn't too hard and you still have lots of time to relax or explore the island. The island is very nice to explore by bike, there are a lot of easy cycling routes with some nice landscapes. I slept in the caravan, which was actually pretty comfortable, but they also have a room. Great experience, I highly recommend it

The hosts are very sweet people, they are very open to ideas of the travelers and i loved my stay there. There was a lot of hard work with wood, but the hours were short, so that evened itself out and was perfect for what i was looking for. I love to hear what they plan for the property in the future.

I had such a wonderful experience! Stine and Jasper were really kind, always checking in to make sure I was comfortable and truly engaged in making my stay special. I really enjoyed the tasks I was given and loved being part of the process. The island itself is the perfect place to connect with nature and its beautiful beaches. I'm really excited to see how this project develops because they have amazing plans for this place. It's definitely a place I would love to return to and recommend to anyone seeking inspiration and tranquility.

This was my first experience and was fantastic, since de moment i get to Denmark, Stine help me to get to WW The jobs were easy, interesting and fun to do, i worked a lot with Jasper, he was giving me the daily tasks, i could learn to use new tools and machines from him. They also care about our wellbeing asking if we need something or if they can do something for us to have a better stay The place is amazing, not only the island but WW, the projects they have in there are awesome, so i want to come back not only to see how's going the place, but also because i have an awesome time in there

This place where i volunteered was a really dreat and enriching experience for me. It was my first time volunteering and a completely new situation at this age. I would like to tell you how i had a really nice and comfortable experience at this place and under this host. I had good food and i had fun in this place on top of that i enjoyed working in the garden a lot! This was a really great experience and i highly recommend this place to others. Finally i would tike to thank my host for this opportunity and the great peoplei got to meet. Thank you! Tak Danmark ❤️
