My 3 weeks at Braunwald Camp was an amazing experience of my life. The dorm rooms we were provided were clean, the tasks were easy and we had plenty of time to explore. People were supportive, kind and fun. However, the most important thing that I experienced was friendship from all walks of lives. Just like any other org, there were some unexpected changes but camp leader Cosima was so accommodating, respectful and super fun to talk to! As long as you are flexible, open-minded, and culturally mindful, you will thrive in this type of environment and get to enjoy great food and company. :)

Experiencia surreal, ambiente maravilhoso, casa aconchegante. Pessoas acolhedoras, realmente fiquei surpresa. Muito melhor do que imaginei, primeira vez como voluntária e foi incrível, recomendo a todos. Trabalho flexível e no seu tempo.

Spending two weeks in this camp was such a good experience. I have met many incredible people, the place is stunning, the excursions are amazing, the kids are friendly. I totally recommend this experience for other volunteers ❤️

My first world packers experience and was absolutely amazing. The team were more than welcoming and I have now made life long friends! Can't wait to come back and also experience the other camps! I did not want to leave! Thankyou very much! 💛💛

A experiência foi melhor do que eu esperava. Pude praticar inglês e espanhol com outros viajantes. As horas trabalhadas foram super suaves, na maioria dos dias as tarefas levavam menos tempo do que o indicado e então ficávamos livres pra fazermos o que queríamos. O ambiente é muito tranquilo e relaxado, as pessoas são brincalhonas e estão sempre de bom humor. Participei de uma excursão sem custo nenhum e foi um dia maravilhoso… alem das refeições que eram incríveis. Sempre tivemos fartura. Além do mais, a vista para as montanhas é algo inexplicável. O lugar é incrível!

I had the most amazing experience in Braunwald, I can't recommend highly enough! I met the most amazing people in such a beautiful location. The tasks were clear and easy to fulfill each day leaving me with lots of free time to explore the surrounding area which was so beautiful. The camp is so friendly and welcoming, you sleep in comfortable shared accommodation and have the most amazing food! I can't recommend this experience highly enough, truly a dream!

I volunteered in Braunwald, a beautiful place in the mountains, with several volunteers where I could practice my English and even learn Spanish. We had wonderful meals, accommodation and I was even able to participate in English classes at times. I would definitely recommend it.

My first volunteering experience with Frilingue exceeded my expectations. It was one of the best months of my life, largely due to the wonderful people I met. Saying goodbye was hard because of the strong bonds I formed with volunteers and teachers. I'm grateful for the opportunity, and I'll always remember the delicious meals cooked by Michael and Ramón, and the excellent organization by Cosima and Renata. Special thanks to Damjan for the opportunity. Looking forward to volunteering again!
