We had a great experience at the project! The work on the farm was really interesting and because of the current season quite relaxed. Through the various tasks, we learned so much about gardening and sustainable farm work. Ed and Alex are incredibly kind and helpful, and their kids are super sweet. The area is quiet and rural, and easy to explore if you have a car. Overall we had a great stay, highly recommended!

A very beautiful human experience, outside of time. A few weeks of disconnection, in a bubble of peace, nature and love. I met a lovely little family at the project. The exchanges were very human, I learned things and I hope to come back to another season. The caravan is a very nice space to reconnect with yourself and enjoy the quiet of the countryside. I came with my car and was able to explore the surrounding area a little further afield. But places accessible by bike are very nice (such as villages, small towns nearby and a few hiking trails). Thank you for your hospitality :)

Ed and Alex have a wonderful project going on! The work at the farm can be physically demanding sometimes but the experience and knowledge you get from it are amazing, you won't get bored from it. I really enjoyed learning first hand about sustainability and contributing to a bigger purpose. They are incredibly smart and interesting people to talk to and made me feel very comfortable at their home. Would definetely recommend!

I had the most amazing time volunteering here. Ed and Alex were warm, welcoming, and attentive, always ensuring I was comfortable. Their knowledge of regenerative farming, combined with clear communication, meant I learned so much. I was eased into tasks at a steady pace, allowing me to learn thoroughly, and the work was incredibly rewarding. Tasks were well-structured and varied, with work hours always respected. The van was cozy and well-equipped, lunches were delicious, and the surroundings were beautiful. Having a bike to explore was a fantastic bonus. Thank you, Ed and Alex!!!!

I really enjoyed my time at the project! I felt very welcomed by Alex and Ed and they tried everything to make feel comfortable. It was also my first time working on a farm and Ed was really patient with explaining everything to me. I stayed during winter, so it's a bit cold in the caravan, but it was fine once I got used it. They also have only one volunteer during winter, so I was mostly working by myself. Mostly I enjoyed the conversations I had with Ed and Alex, since both of have traveled a lot and were able to give me really good advice and new perspectives.
