The experience was really amazing. The whole staff was kind and helpful, the work was what I expected and the hours were respected as well. All volunteers were treated with respect, and if something need to be changed in the schedule then staff was really willing to accommodate if given adequate time. Overall I really enjoyed the experience and working here. Its a chain hostel so expect an experience more close to working in a regular hotel that being said its still a great time. The manager Alejandro was such a gem of a person and it was a great time working with him. 10/10 would recommend.

The hostel was such a great first hostel to volunteer with. The staff was lovely and I made great friends with the other people who were volunteering as well. The work is easy and the shifts are only 4 hours long so you can still have time to do things during the day. Alejandro is super sweet and understanding with anything you might need. The hostel is super close to the city and the main train station.

I was at the hostel for 2 weeks and I really enjoyed it. All volunteers receive a weekly roster with shifts starting at 8am, 11:30am or 8pm. The hours were well respected and the dorm room was very nice, modern and spacious. Breakfast was available everyday at 11am and there was a large selection of food. However dinner was only available 2 or 3 times out of the 2 weeks I stayed. Although minor, there were some communication flaws within the team that created some confusion here and there but overall the team was welcoming and very friendly and I really enjoyed my time there, I would do it again!

My experience was great, the working hours were always respected and the tasks were quite easy. The hostel's location is also really good, you can easily reach the city centre and other towns by train. I had a good time both with the other volunteers and with the staff, that was always really nice and helpful.

Volunteering at the hostel was a very nice experience, Alejandro and his team treated me very well, always willing to help, the work is not difficult, the volunteering hours are respected, Very good location close to the Center, Close to the station which makes it easier if you want to travel to other cities on your day off, Overall I am very satisfied. Staying at the hostel was a great experience, Alejandro and the staff were all welcoming and lovely to work with. Alejandro allowed me to have the days off I asked for and made sure we didn't work over our agreed hours. The whole team were very friendly and patient considering I spoke no German, I met some great people whilst there aswell.

My experience at the hostel was really nice! The tasks are easy to carry out (breakfast shift, making beds and conference rooms cleaning) and the days off are respected as well. The location of the hostel couldn't be better, next to the main station and the city center. The breakfast is always included for the volunteers and the dinner depends if a group makes a reservation. However the guest kitchen is a little bit small to share while someone is cooking or eating there.

Good experience! Working hours are respected, bedrooms are nice. Alejandro is a very kind person, the staff of the hostel is nice but not everybody is speaking english or spanish, so it is not always easy to communicate (instructions about beds shift could be improved). Choose this experience if you would learn new skills about housekeeping and explore Nuremberg and nearest cities, but don't have other expectations from hostel and city (fun, party, and this kind of things). The food is good, breakfast is awesome, sometimes there is dinner. I would recommend. Thanks Alejandro!

A localização do hostel é muito boa perto do centro da cidade, muitos parques e próximo ao metro; as divisões de tarefas eram claras, há uma escala disponibilizada com os horários de trabalho dos voluntários, a única dificuldade era em como realizar essas tarefas pois não eram ensinadas, mas todos os voluntários se ajudavam entre si por isso ficou mais fácil. O café da manhã é ótimo, mas o jantar não está seguro que realmente vai ter, pois depende de se haverá reserva de hospedes, em 15 dias em que fiquei, tive jantar em apenas 3 deles. Em geral, foi uma boa experiência!

I had a nice experience at the hostel the hostel, working hours were respected, staff is nice, we had plenty of free time, breakfast is good, you can also pack some sandwiches for later. I didnt give 5 stars because I expected it to be a more social hostel with young people, pub crawls and these kind of events but in this hostel there are usually families and school groups staying. All in all it was a nice experience, we had a good time with the other volunteers.
