I had an amazing experience at the guest house❤️ The place itself is beautiful, very peaceful, perfect to disconnect. The work was as agreed, with a lot of flexibility and plenty of free time. That made it easy to explore the area, especially using the bicycles, and there's also the opportunity to go surfing, which was amazing. What truly made this special was Jorge, Vanessa, Pedro, and Edu. They are all incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with whatever you need. From day one they made me feel comfortable. I'm so grateful for this experience and absolutely recommend it! Super fixe 😎

Edu & Jorge are welcoming, friendly & relaxed. The house is a special place, very cozy & beautiful. Work is very easy and fun - you get to meet people from all over the world :) 2 days you work at reception, the day before and after you have to be around for emergencys & phone calls in the evening or morning. Except this you have free time to explore or surf :) You should be okay with spending some time on your own &be a bit spontaneous with the work schedule. Bc being sick some time I unfortunately wasn't at my best state part of the time:( But I had a very nice month at the guest house ♡ Thank you!

Mi experiencia en la casa fue excelente. Superó fuertemente mis expectativas. Me fui con la sensación de que, en Portugal, tengo una casa con familia incluida. Todo el equipo es buenísimo y de gran corazón: Edu, Jorge, Vanesa, Pedro, Alex, todos y cada uno hicieron que me sintiera en casa. Transité con mi pareja este voluntariado y ambos estamos muy agradecidos por todo lo que vivimos. Todo fue excelente, además de la compañía en el día a día, las instalaciones, Esposende, las playas, todo! Gracias familia la casa por este mes y medio increíble que compartimos juntos!

En la verdad, la mejor voluntaria que hemos tenido. Cynthia y Facu fueran sin dudas un regalo de Worldpackers. Los envitaremos a volver siempre y seran siempre parte de Sea Soul. Toda la suerte en sus vidas. Los extranamos un monton.

This was the perfect first volunteering experience. Jorge and Edu, who run the place are super chill 🙌🏻 The hours are as described, two days a week and the job consists of showing people around the house during check in, being around and socializing with them The town is small and the beach is beautiful so this is a great opportunity to connect with nature. I also got to surf a lot, which was amazing ♥️ 100% recommend

My experience at the guest house was really nice, the guest house it's really cozy and beautiful! I had a private room that was comfortable and the work hours allows you to da lot of things around and enjoying the free time🧘🏻‍♀️ I did a lot of surf lessons, it's better to talk directly with the surf school to schedule them🏄🏻‍♀️ It was a little bit difficult to bond with someone cause kinda every guest is doing the cammino the santiago so everyone stays only for one night. Thanks for having me 🤙🏼🌞

Minha experiência foi ótima, o hostel é lindo, bem localizado, limpo, muito comfortável e me senti em casa rapidamente pois todos que lá trabalham nos deixam muito a vontade. As atividades são simples, facilmente se aprende e eles são muito flexíveis. Fui para passar um mês e acabei ficando dois porque surgiu uma oportunidade. A cidade é muito agradável, tranquila e temos muito tempo livre para aproveitar, consegui fazer aulas de surfe, skate e foi bem divertido. Muito obrigada a toda equipe da guest house, e por poder fazer parte do time por uns dias. Ah, já estou com saudades! Até breve!

I felt welcomed and at home at the beautiful the guest house Hostel. The tasks were manageable and you get a lot of free time to explore the area, go surfing, … It's quite fun to do the check-ins and getting to know all the travelers, especially because it's mostly pilgrims from all around the world. This also meant that people only stayed for one night, so it was a bit hard to find people to hang out with. When it comes to working hours communication was a bit off at times. But Edu and Jorge always made sure to resolve problems quickly so I could enjoy my stay!

I had the best first Worldpackers experience at SeaSoul! The staff is amazing and makes you feel very welcome. Also, the place is super nice and cozy! Working hours are flexible, so I had plenty of free time to explore Portugal. I'm going to miss this place a lot!

Mi experiencia en la casa no pudo ser mejor, el hostel es súper cómodo y cuenta con todas las comodidades, Edu y Jorge son muy amables y buenos anfitriones. Las horas de trabajo se cumplieron tal cual, son solo dos días completos por semana lo que deja mucho tiempo libre para recorrer. Recomiendo mucho la experiencia!!

I volunteered at the guest house in August and had an incredible time! The hosts and staff are incredible people and made sure I felt welcomed and at home. I had plenty of time off work to explore the city, take surf lessons and go out. Besides, the space is really nice and super cozy. Everybody (myself and the guests) feels at home there! I couldn't have asked for a better first experience with WorldPackers 💙🌊
