L'esperienza

We have a cozy farm-campsite and we are looking for people to join our team. Are you a real all-rounder and do you like to be active?
We have more then 50 horses, pony's and shetlanders who needs a lot of care and attention. Are you a horse fan, do you have a lot of (riding)experience with horses/pony's, knowledge of them, and very motivated to do a lot of work at the farm? :) Then we are looking for you!

Attività e turni

We schedule and divide all the (horse) shifts over the team. So your working times can be very different from each other. We have a program with a timeline, so you know exactly what to do at what moment of the day. Beside that, we work with an application. Here you can find which animal need what kind of food and how much. You always work in a team with other animal-horse people.

Regole

We are very flexible with hours and working days. There are no strict days or rules. So if you want free on several days, you can get free :) We go with the flow! Important is that we clean the sanitary together (this is a fixed thing during the season).
We want to ask you to be flexible with tasks and any other things, because we learn that on a farm everything can turn out completely different compared to how we scheduled it (that's life! :) ).
