Do you want to develop your skills through giving, sharing, and receiving? Our NGO empowers and inspires communities through holistic education. We offer English, IT and Life Skills courses to disadvantaged youths in Cambodia. We also nurture their soft skills such as self-confidence, leadership, citizenship and social responsibility. Providing them with opportunities to apply their learning in real-life situations.

Since 2000, we have reached over 200,000 students with our transformative education. We currently operate 50 schools across 4 countries (Cambodia, Laos, Japan and Timor Leste) that serve 15,000 students every day.

Our school in Kampot is a vibrant community of passionate volunteers and students who share a common vision of creating positive change.

Attività e turni

**Shift**

- 6 hours a day (flexible hours)
- 5 days a week (Mon - Fri)

**Responsibilities:**

- Research about different funding opportunities and write applications
- Contact potential donors
- Collaborate with our team to strategize and execute effective recruitment campaigns
- Establish and maintain relationships with companies, organizations, universities, NGOs, and other relevant stakeholders
- Assist in the selection and onboarding process of interns and international volunteers

**Requirements:**

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Regole

We have a zero tolerance policy for drugs, for smoking and drinking alcohol. Also we don’t allow guests to bring them to the hotel.

What’s not included:
- Flights, travel insurance, internal transportation, Visa.
But for volunteers interested in committing for longer than 1 month, we can assist with the Visa extension process!

What is included:
Accommodation and 3 meals per day (local cuisine which includes vegetarian option but not vegan), 7 days per week.
