The Academy is modern and well structured. The management and the teaching staff were cooperative, collaborative and collegial. The agreed terms & conditions were followed and respected. Top notch accommodation was provided in a central location with all the amenities for comfortable living. It's a satisfying & worthwhile experience for me to volunteer at the school. I highly recommend the Academy to would-be volunteers. Excellent experience overall!

It is a beautiful experience in a great city. You will have the chance to talk to a lot of people and to discover the city and its surroundings on your time off. Every detail and task is as agreed on the platform. You will have a good time if you decide to come here.

La experiencia de voluntariado en la escuela es muy recomendable, cada persona comparte lo mejor de sí, todos son muy amables y agradables personas, te hacen sentir bienvenido desde elprimer momento. El hospedaje es bastante cómodo. Puedes preparar tu propia comida y tienes tiempo para disfrutar de la ciudad. Muy cumplidos con los acuerdos.

The English language school is very laid back and friendly. Each of the students are there because they want to learn so they are grateful for your help. It's an enjoyable opportunity.

Andrea has been a great host, along with her team. I was also teaching English online, so my schedule was taken into consideration. Loja is a beautiful city, I was free on weekends and I was able to explore other cities in Ecuador. It's also perfect to practice Spanish

My brief time at SALC Loja was a positive experience. The staff was professional and friendly and most of all, I enjoyed my conversations with the students from whom I learned about Ecuadorian lifestyle, culture, and food. There was cooperation from the Loja team to resolve issues that arose to make my stay comfortable. I also had sufficient free time in my schedule to relax and enjoy the calm center of Loja. I definitely recommend this institution and would be happy to visit again if time and schedules aligned. My best regards for success to the entire team.

Had a really good time in Loja! Would definitely have stayed longer if my schedule allowed it. The work was as described, the hours were fair and the host was flexible and accommodating if I wanted to move some hours around to get more out of my free days. Loja is a beautiful little town surrounded by incredible mountains. There aren't a lot of tourists so you really get immersed with the locals. People were kind and it felt like a very safe place to be. I truly loved my home away from home. Loja and the people I met through this exchange will always have a special place in my heart ❤️

Recommended for sure! They comply with what's on the platform, you'll meet awesome people from all around the world, the host and teachers are very welcoming, the installations are comfortable and you'll have a private room, also the city is really safe and joyful👌
