As a volunteer you are required to manage the end-to-end management of the hostel and our cafe.
You will be ensuring the smooth check-in and check-out of the guests, coordinate with the kitchen staff and manage the tables at the Cafe /restaurant (whenever required)
Tag along with the guests for free sightseeing
If required willing to be a helping hand in the kitchen
Assist in managing our social media pages

Welcome to our hostel volunteer program! We are excited to invite passionate individuals to join us during our high-demand season from May 1st to AUG 31st. As a volunteer, you will play a crucial role in managing reservations, creating engaging content, handling social media, interacting with guests, and maintaining our property. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in hostel management while enjoying the beautiful surroundings of Wayanad and Mysore.


Attività e turni

Reservation Management: Assist in handling bookings, check-ins, and check-outs using our reservation system. (Shifts: Morning and Evening)

Restaurant Management. Assistance in order management and coordination with kitchen staff

Content Creation: Create captivating content for our website, social media platforms, and promotional materials. (Shifts: Flexible)

Social Media Management: Engage with our online community, respond to inquiries, and post updates to keep our audience informed and engaged. (Shifts: Flexible)

Guest Interaction: Welcome guests, provide information about local attractions, and ensure they have a comfortable stay. (Shifts: Rotating throughout the day)

Property Maintenance: Help maintain cleanliness, organize common areas, and assist with minor repairs or improvements. (Shifts: Morning and Evening)


Regole

Commitment: Volunteers are expected to commit to a minimum of 4 weeks during our high-demand period.

Responsibility: Take ownership of your assigned tasks and complete them diligently.

Respect: Treat guests, fellow volunteers, and staff with respect and courtesy at all times.

Communication: Keep communication channels open and report any issues or concerns promptly.

Safety: Follow safety protocols, especially during property maintenance tasks, and adhere to hostel rules and guidelines.
