The vibe at Hostel is amazing! :D The hostel has a relaxed, friendly atmosphere that makes it easy to meet new people from all over the world. The communal areas are cozy and perfect for hanging out, whether you're up for a lively chat or just want to chill with a book.. Xavier was an amazing host, always taking care of the volunteers and staff members He makes you feel heard and part of the team from day one, takes your ideas and initiatives into account, and is a very flexible and calm person. I made some mistakes and Xavier talked to me, he was very kind and motivated me to keep trying

Hostel the hostel is such a nice, welcoming, and overall quiet place to volunteer. I felt welcomed from the very beginning, and what you get in return for your service is truly valuable; you have access to free city bikes, a private pod to sleep in a shared dorm, breakfast and the chance to use the laundry. We also have discount on the official tours sold in the hostel to discover Mexico City. Xavi is a decent, kind, and patient person, always willing to provide whatever you need to do your job. Thank you very much, the hostel!! 🙌✨️

El hostel me recibió como si fuera mi familia y nunca me hicieron faltar nada. Son todos amables y amigables. El hotel está súper mega bien ubicado y ofrece bar, desayunos, música y entretenimiento para todos los huéspedes y trabajadores. Gracias POR TODO! ❤️💕🫶🏻💯🔥

I liked the experience. The hostel is cozy, a nice terrace with TV and an outdoor area. Modern equipment. You can use the laundry with a dryer. The work is simple, comfortable. I met new friends from different countries. Good location. They only reduced the amount of products for breakfast, but it is not critical

The place is very comfy for a long stay, the travelers that you meet there are amazing and the tasks aren't hard. Xavi is very chill, understanding and flexible, which really helped out whenever I needed to switch my schedule. I feel that the team (staff that works there) can improve the relationship with the volunteers cause it feel a little tense sometimes, I didn't like all the gossiping around; but all and all it was a good experience and I'm happy I was chosen to be part of the team!

Terrible experiencia, sin capacitación, y “era mi responsabilidad reactivar ventas en el bar” no hubo liderazgo, el staff poco profesional, lo otros voluntarios sucios y flojos el dormitorio siempre olíanhorrible, ahí fumaban 🌿420 todo el día todos los días y también ahí comían, en general mala experiencia. Terrible experience, no training, and "it was my responsibility to increase sales at the bar" there was no leadership, the staff was unprofessional, the other volunteers were dirty and lazy, the dormitory always smelled horrible, they smoked *420* and ate there, overall a bad experience.

Hola Miriam, Gracias por tu reseña aun que no estoy muy de acuerdo. desde el dia que llegaste peleaste con todos los otros voluntarios, cada que alguien te trataba de dar un feedback lo tomabas de la peor manera y dejabas a la gente con la palabra en la boca.
En cuanto al bar si se te pedia que reactivaras ventas platicando con huespedes y haciendo actividades para que se conozca y tu preferias poner una pelicula en tu compu o hablar por telefono lo mas lejos posible de todos los huespedes.

Hello Miriam, Thank you for your review even though I don't really agree. From the day you arrived you fought with all the other volunteers, every time someone tried to give you feedback you took it in the worst way and left people with the word on their mouth.
As for the bar, you were asked to reactivate sales by talking to guests and doing activities to get people to know each other, and you preferred to put a movie on your computer or talk on the phone as far away as possible from all the guests.
