Fué una experiencia increíble que le recomiendo a todo el mundo , gente de todas partes del mundo pasando por el hostel , muy buen rollo con los jefes y una isla preciosa para recorrer en moto y muchísimos sitios increíbles para fiestas gratis gracias al hostel

Without a doubt it was an incredible experience that I hope to repeat in the future, I felt at home at all times and the host Jeremy was very friendly and had a lot of flexibility regarding work issues. I'm looking forward to having revenge playing padel against him hahaha

I like this place, it was cool in the island. The tasks are clear, and the environment is nice. I recommend this hostel also if you like parties. I really like the food😊

Pasé unos bonitos días en la isla, pero también me hicieron pasar unos días muy incómodos, el manager me echó en cara estar en este lugar, porque me estaban dando comida y hospedaje, anteriormente los dos managers trataron de salir conmigo y no acepté, no sé si esa fue la razón para la mala vibra del resto del voluntariado, traté de hacer mi mejor trabajo pero nunca fue suficiente, te piden a última hora hacer diferentes tareas, tampoco dan 500 baths por día, son 350 baths y si gastas más,te lo cobran, al final tampoco querían devolverme mi pasaporte, no lo recomiendo

I applied for content creation and on the initial interview they said "we have several areas, and when you come we'll see where's the best fit". Then my tasks were cleaning dorms, changing bed sheets, and after a couple days, clean toilets as well. This is not a problem for me so it was OK. 5h a day with 2 days off as agreed, you get 2500baths a week to spend in the bar. Food is delicious but the 2500 is often not enough to cover 3 meals a day 7 days a week. Environment is good, Jay and Jhon the owners are really kind and open to conversations, volunteer management could improve.

I worked here for two weeks with my friend. I liked the hostel itself and its vibe; however, we were told to clean/make beds, which is not in any of the job descriptions and the hosts were very passive aggressive and didn't treat the volunteers with respect. They only cared about profit and fired half of the volunteers right before the Full Moon Festival so that they could have more beds open for paying guests. The staff dorm was also unpleasant and everyone was sick, maybe because of mold, seeing as I found mold on multiple pillows and mattresses throughout the hostel while making beds.

I volunteered at the hostel with a friend and had a lot of fun. The other volunteers and staff were lovely. Generally, I would not recommend volunteering here due to the management. Two days before the Full Moon Party 10 volunteers got cut last minute because “they needed the beds”. The hosts are not accommodating, extremely accusatory and unjust. The facilities are ok at best. Location-wise it's very good.

Overall it was good experience but to be honest host needs to improve the organization and who should do what more clearly. It was a party hostel so be ready to be in crowd and music until late hours. They were giving us 500 baht per day for food which you could eat in the bar and that was cool. I met with great people from everywhere and I stayed like 25 days and discovered the island which was beautiful. Thanks for everything but definetely consider to be more clear about tasks and more open communication will be easier for the new volunteers.

I enjoyed my experience as a volunteer at the hostel! The hostel is very nice, especially for sports lovers! There's a party every night at the hostel too, so be ready for this ! There were lots of volunteers so it was easy to make friends! The dorms are ok and the food is good! As for the different missions, it depends from one volunteer to another, everyone is assigned different missions and you can ask the manager to change if you want to try someting else, so it's cool!

I had an amazing time at the hostel ! Despite the lack of organization & communication at times, the owners , staff and volunteers were all super friendly ! Amazing food, great parties and beautiful beaches , totally recommend it 😊
