. Hey guys! Depois de dois meses em Sammatz é muito difícil se despedir, eu encontrei pessoas maravilhosas dispostas a te ajudar no qufor preciso. Fiz amizades que levarei por toda a minha vida e aprendi muito sobre tudo, trabalhar na cozinha é muito gratificante e cuidar dos pequenos animais também. Essa é a minha primeira viagem pelo Wordpackes e eu estou definitivamente feliz e ansiosa para retornar, Sammatz é o melhor lugar para aprender novos idiomas, viver em comunidade e a importância de cuidar da natureza. Obrigada por tudo, vocês fizeram essa viagem tornar inesquecível.

The eco village is absurdly amazing: there's really no reason why people of any kind shouldn't do it. It's a place where you learn, communicate, know, experience and enjoy so much that it makes it very hard for us to leave. I not only strongly recommend it, but I also dare to say that it's something that everyone should have the opportunity to experience. I wouldn't let the chance of going to that place go by. From the bottom of my heart: just do it. For all of the people from Sammatz, my sincere gratitude and my best wishes for this community. I will definitely come back. Thank you. ❤️

Foi minha primeira experiência com workexchange e eu nao poderia estar mais feliz, rodeado de pessoas maravilhosas incluindo moradores e voluntarios! Aqui voce nunca esta sozinho e sempre é possível achar um trabalho que melhor se adapta a voce, são varias experiencias e todas são incriveis, o lugar é encantador e eu fiquei apaixonado desde o meu primeiro dia, a comida é de muita qualidade e sempre muita fartura. O local nao é muito próximo da cidade mas sempre é possível fazer algo de bike e sempre tem alguem disponivel pra dar uma carona pro trem pra ir pra qualquer lugar que quiser.

Volunteering at this place is a unique experience due amazing people, high standard of living and countless possibilities to learn new things either from work (gardening, building, working with animals and so) or at your free time (German classes, guitars and pianos around and more). the work is not a joke and you have to take it seriously but the staff is attentive so everything is easy and with a good feeling. the location is not close to any big city so you can experience the local life which I like a lot and there are always many people from all over the world so it will never be boring:)

It was a fantastic place and experience for me and taught me a lot. All people are very welcoming! Nice to be around, many sweet animals! And many tasks to enjoy and learning about. I really recommend that place! It was really hard to say good bye and I hope to be back very soon!! :) I wish all the best for all of them! :)

From the beginning to the end Sammatz has been the farm "of in dreams" for all those who seek to leave their comfort zone and write in the book of your own life, sharing with people from everywhere, working into a healthy environment and overall... learning how to be a good person for this world!! I am really grateful with all the work team and the spirit of coexistence that can be felt in this place. From Argentina to Sammatz farm (Germany) really thanks for everything. See you around.

The Magic Sammatz! This place is filled with love, friendship, learning and companionship! Everyone is always working as a team, they are very attentive, and have a pleasure in teaching you. And how much I evolved, I changed my vision of personal life, work, relationship, to enjoy every minute of life! TO BE LOVE! I did and learned something new, EVERY DAY, from how to cut vegetables to paint a wall! The official time is from 8:00 to 12:30 LUNCH and return from 14:00 to 17:00. Monday to Friday and there are several type of work. The food we received the 3 meals and they offer vegan option

Truly enriching experience at the Sammatz eco village. I made lifelong friendships while working on diverse farm chores. Every day you have a different personal schedule with a wide variety of jobs like gardening, dairy, bakery, cooking, helping at the cafe, feeding the calfs, maintenance of the stables, construction work, etc. There's a lot of cleaning and tidying up involved but it's something that everybody helps with. There's lots of bikes you can use anytime to go to the river or just make a trip to explore the green surroundings. Lots of quality food. A lot of work and a lot of fun!

Summing up: went for a month, stayed 6. Sammatz offers you the opportunity to meet a lot of amazing volunteers, but in special, amazing hosts. Working hours can be overwhelming and extend further than supposed, plus extra tasks added to the schedule may feel like no time to study or do whatever, but if with free time, there's so much to explore, learn and enjoy around. Very helpful and friendly people, outstanding place, tasteful food (and crazy amounts of it), many sweet animals, and top-of-the-line tools and machinery to work. Definitely a place worth to go and appreciate every moment!!
