I volunteer here for 4 months now, 💯 would recommend volunteering here! Staff, volunteers they were all great (I would miss you guys so much). The hostel it's social, and the work is not much. You only work twice a week so u can do whatever u like in your free time

I had an amazing time volunteering at the hostel, everyone I met from the staff and the guests have been incredible people - both international travellers and Mexicans. The work was easy, the tours and classes provided were great, amazing hostel ! Gracias !

Had a fantastic time volunteering at the hostel! Very welcoming vibe from the start, its a super fun place to stay and very sociable even in low low season! The team was great, made very good friends with my fellow volunteers and also all the staff are brilliant and were very patient with my slow and clumsy Spanish. Anthony is a great manager, very present and involved and always able to answer questions (plus took us on a very fun tour of local places). Working hours were well respected and I really enjoyed my reception work, it let me meet lots of nice people and also practice my Spanish :)

I had a fantastic time at the hostel. The hostel itself was cozy and felt like home by the end of my stay. The staff and other volunteers were so welcoming, kind and helpful. Antony and Hellen were legends. They communicated clearly and answered any and all questions I had at any time. A few things are a bit dated and need a wee fix up but overall the hostel was a still a great stay. Many fun activities all the time and met some of my favorite people in the 3 weeks I spent here. The duties at reception are easy. The shifts are long but the multiple days off in a row after are nice.

5/5 Stars I spent 5 weeks volunteering at the hostel through Worldpackers, and it exceeded all expectations! The hostel's atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it easy to connect with fellow travelers. The vegetarian breakfast was a daily highlight - nutritious and mouthwatering! The location was ideal, within walking distance to top attractions. What truly made my experience special was the staff. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to lend a hand. Worldpackers' platform allowed for effortless communication and organization. I highly recommend the hostel

I enjoy sooo much to be part of the hostel's staff, the people in charge is very nice and they care about your experience, you have facilities in the hostel and if you want to relax during your off hours the rooftop has a very nice view, I met people from different countries, we danced, played… I'm very happy 'cause I will keep good memories from these days

Gracias el hostel Hostal por permitirme ser parte de su staff. Me hicieron sentir en casa desde el primer día. Las tareas son muy simples y con la organización de horarios te quedan los días libres para recorrer la zona que es muy extensa y bonita. Están en pleno centro de la ciudad y las actividades free las disfrute a pleno. (Hacer tamales con Tere, salsa con Rafa, Paseos con otros voluntarios) La cocina esta súper equipada y es de gran ayuda para los viajeros! Gracias nuevamente por permitirme estar 3 semanas con ustedes.

Loved working at the hostel! Made amazing friends with staff and guests. Easy work and even while you're on shift you can have fun! Love the terrace and vibe of the hostel. Kitchen is huge so it's easy to cook your own food.
