This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry, meet people from around the world, and contribute to the smooth operation of a hostel.
We're looking for volunteer with:
Strong customer service skills and a friendly, welcoming attitude
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to help in night shifts, including weekends and holidays
Basic computer skills to operate the reservation system and email
Marketing experience
Fluency in English
