Live on-site in our staff bunk rooms and enjoy three daily meals (served at scheduled times). Experience our surf town's community while taking advantage of discounted surf lessons and local activities. Receive team discounts on restaurant food and beverages, plus special rates (sometimes free!) on local tours. You'll be welcomed as a full team member and have the chance to truly immerse yourself in authentic Costa Rican beach life!

Attività e turni

Work directly with our bar team taking orders and serving drinks during 5-6 hour daily shifts. Interact with international guests and local community members in our vibrant bar and restaurant, which operates from 7am to 10pm. Gain hands-on experience in a beachside hospitality setting while developing connections with people from around the world!
