Opportunity for someone/couple who is generally handy and has some skills (deck/gazebo building is useful). Help in a beautiful piece of nature in a rural location surrounded by forests and true Canadian wildlife. Looking for help to build the deck/gazebos for three days per week (can be half days or full days). Will involve lifting deck boards, and heavy posts into place. Outdoor work rain or shine. Private use of RV, with kitchen and bathroom.

Dettagli del programma

Volunteering at a private property in Alberta. This is a single person (or a couple) volunteer opportunity. There are not groups of volunteers at the same time. Staying with the land owner who will also be staying onsite (separately) for the project.

Attività e turni

New volunteer opportunity and can offer some flexibility to total 25 hours per week. Would prefer either full days (8 hours) or half day (4 hours) shifts on the project. Schedule can be discussed and agreed prior to starting. Appreciate that volunteers may prefer to have full days off to go sightseeing etc.

Regole

Property is available for the volunteer (or couple) only. It is not available for friends, family or other people to come and visit or stay without seeking prior permission. This is a no smoking property, no drugs, no loud music. No pets.
