Mi experiencia en el hostel fue muy buena, en cuanto a las actividades que realizaba eran realizar el entretenimiento del hostel con los guests, lo cual me permitió conocer muchas personas, las instalaciones y el staff fueron muy buenas, en general no tuve ninguna inconveniencia durante los 2 meses que estuve, pude explorar nuevas habilidades y, a pesar de estar contanstantemente con gente nueva, también tenía mi privacidad y mi espacio. Todos fueron extremadamente amables contigo y lo agradezco :)

During this month at the hostel, I felt like home. All the staffs were so kind with me, since my first day. I really appreciated that! The tasks and activities are easy to do, and the hostel structure is amazing! I arrived here to get to know Italy and I met so many Neapolitans (they're the best), their culture and wonderful places. Grazie mille for accept me in this opportunity. I'll always remember with a lot of affection of this period in the hostel

I'm so glad I had the chance to be a part of the hostel's team ! This was an amazing experience, I felt welcome from the very first day, met a lot of great people, and had so much fun while working. The job is easy, they'll explain everything to you, you don't need any experience you just need to be comfortable with being in a rush and having to be fast. The colleagues made me feel loved, which was important to me, and I love them back ❤️ I really enjoyed my month with you guys thank you for everything

I had such a good time working with everyone at the hostel. It was a beautiful team and all the work and hours were all what we agreed on. Would recommend for anyone who likes to be social and bring a positive energy to any situation. ❤️❤️

The hostel is one of the most beautiful hostels i've ever been to. everyone in the staff is super accommodating and make everyone feel at home at all times. even though during the weekends there's a lot to do, the tasks at the bar were very easy. i want to thank everyone who made my experience an amazing one, i can't wait to go back❤️

Every nice thing you've read here is true.Can't thank enough every member of this hostel for having us.Had an amazing time with them.Felt very comfortable and safe since day 1, which is important.It's a perfect place to meet people,know more about their culture,practice not just english or italian and learn more about yourself.Sending endless love to everyone there💗

Recomiendaria a todo el que pueda hacer este voluntariado, no solo la ciudad es hermosa si no que tambien el equipo y empleados del hostel son los mejores, me hicieron sentir como en casa y se preocuparon porque me sintiera comoda en todo momento. Todos fueron super amigables y excelentes personas conmigo, los valore muchisimo. El trabajo es super entretenido y las instalaciones y ubicacion del hostel son perfectas. Solo me queda agradecer a cada uno del staff del hostel por hacerme pasar una experiencia excelente , son los mejores❤️.

My experience being a volunteer here was incredible, I had a great time working and I had a lot of fun. All the guys on the staff are super friendly and thanks to them I felt at home, without their help it would not have been the same. I have to thank everyone, Maura, Mario, Carlo, Rafael, Rosaria, Ferdi, Fede, and I'm sure I'm forgetting someone else, but they are all incredible people. I recommend everyone to volunteer as the hostel and the hostel go very well together

The vibe at the hostel is incredible, one of the best hostel structures I've ever seen. The people are very friendly and the city is really cool!! I highly recommend the hostel, I had a great time during my volunteer period. Just one thing as a recommendation for the hostel: don't take volunteers too seriously, volunteers are not employees and the requirement with bar work was too high. My advice is to adjust the tasks that are for volunteers fairly. I wish the hostel success and continuous improvement, you guys are among of the bests in Europe! Un beso grande! ❤

Almost everything was ok but I had a little problem with communication with bar manager and receptionist. Free parties is too strong to describe what happens there, because we work every party days(that is Thursdays and Fridays)and they have passive aggressive behavior if you drink. But the work is easy, and even if it's crowded it's fine, you just need to be proactive. Besides that, Naples is amazing and people in general too, I recommend stay based there and travel around by train. Italian food is the best!

We're so glad you enjoyed Naples and that you've had a good time.

Just to be clear, before the confirmation, during the call we always inform the volunteers about the tasks, about what we ask from them (e.g. events). On the other hand, we offer so many things besides the stay, in terms of services, food and hospitality making you feel part of a family, also happened in your case.

That said, we are truly sorry and surprised by both the assessment and your words. Misunderstandings could happen, but that was not the case. However, if you had doubts or something you didn’t like, everything has a solution, just talk about it at the right time and in person. But we want to reiterate our values and way of working: be fully available, clarity, professionalism and welcoming; at the same time have a job well done by volunteers.
