Foi uma experiência incrível! Wanda é uma pessoa maravilhosa e passa uma ótima energia para os voluntários. Passei um mês e devo dizer que o ambiente é muito agradável para quem busca uma experiência social, porque o hostel é bem movimentado e trabalhando na área de experiência, conheci muitas pessoas e fiz grandes amigos. Só tenho a agradecer pelo tempo passado no hostel ♥️

The hostel was literally amazing it's like one big family there….i'm so sad I had to leave…i recommend this to anyone who loves partying , talking to people and plus if you want to learn spanish it's super handy. Everyone is so kind and funny I was always laughing thank you guys for everything i'm going to miss you guys sooo much🩷

I had the time of my life at the hostel! Awesome staff and leadership, I worked on the bar and met people from all over and practiced my Spanish whenever I could. Would go back in a heart beat. Get ready to party at the hostel!!!!!

I have had the best moments of my life there and will really miss it. The volunteer is perfect if you want to meet people from all around the world. However, you have to be very sociable and energic. If you don't know anything about Tulum, the hostel is in a really good location, close to everything that you might need in the downtown. The hostel has a really nice vibe and all of the staff is just so lovely! Don't doubt to take the program if you like partying. If you don't like partying I dont recommend this hostel. Special mention to Edgar, Yurena and Wanda who were very helpful with me :)

My experience in the hostel was amazing. I met incredible people who became great friends. The tasks were not difficult and the work environment was very pleasant (if you like to party). The working hours were more than reasonable and the staff House was quite Ok. I recommend you this volunteer 100% ! (S/o to team Bacalar 🧡)

Mi experiencia en el hostel fue genial, me recibieron muy bien, me integre rapido con el staff, me explicaron cuales serian mis tareas, me dieron una habitación compartida dentro del hostel

Tuve una pésima experiencia, no lo recomiendo en lo absoluto. La diferencia sobre la calidad de instalaciones y servicio de alimentación es bastante clasista entre huéspedes y voluntarios. Dormí en una casa en precarias condiciones; colchones con hongos y sábanas viejas. Compañeros de voluntariado irrespetuosos, se dedicaban a tener sexo toda la noche y no dejaban dormir. Además eran sucios, hasta preservativos usados me encontraba en el baño. Aguanté sólo una semana bajo esas condiciones.

Fue mi primer voluntariado y no pudo ser mejor. El hostel tiene la mejor vibra, esta súper bien para compartir con muchas personas en un mismo lugar tanto con el equipo como con los huéspedes, gracias por hacerme sentir como en casa y a Fer gracias por todooo, espero volver pronto 🫶🏼❤️
