It was an awesome experience to the the guest house! The owner Ali is very kind and helpful. He picked me up at the train station and helped me to feel like at home for all the time I've been there. The hostel room was perfect and foods were very nice everytime. I enjoyed the painting and decorating the the guest house, especially the two rooftops with the view on the city. Doing this project helped me to know more about Jaisalmer and the rajasthani culture. The location of the the guest house is close to the center and the fort (10 min by walk)! Ali Bhai is very friendly and a great host . He and his staff will go greath lengths to make your stay comfortable. Ali Bhai made my stay very comfortable and offered me good food. It was like having a second home. Also the location is very close to the fort and Gadisar lake, so you can go their walking.

I had a great time in Jaisalmer with Ali. His hotel was super comfy, I had a big nice room to myself. Ali picked me up at the train station and I basically enjoyed Jaisalmer and the desert tour. As it's out of season, there was no work, so I was free to go around all or just relax. Thanks Ali, for giving me the opportunity of getting to know Jaisalmer and Rajasthan food.

Ali is a nice, genuine guy. I didn't stay at the guest house but we worked out a volunteering arrangement that worked for both of us. I was pleasantly surprised to see that he was very receptive to our ideas and some of those he implemented instantly and showed enthusiasm to implement the rest. We loved rearranging the things in his hostel and doing other decoration related work. It was a good kick start for my worldpackers journey. My best wishes to the guest house! May they continue doing well and have the bests of the decor.
