I spent 4 weeks on the farm with my girlfriend. It was an amazing experience. Besides some basic tasks we had our own project. Sarah is a welcoming person with a clear vison. The farm and its surrounding is beautiful. I can highly recommend a visit.

I spent four weeks on the farm with my boyfriend. We really enjoyed our time. The daily tasks were very varied. You could decided very day what you wanted to do. Tasks ranged from painting, helping in the kitchen, picking coffee, sowing, working with the machete to implementing your own small projects. We build a spiral for butterflies with puddling area. Sarah is very hospitable and you have a lot of freedom. You can organize the evenings as you wish with the other volunteers, cooking, playing games, spending time around the l. At the weekends we always went on excursions.

A minha experiência foi muito especial. Sarah recebeu a mim e Facu no seu projeto e pudemos ajudar com diferentes atividades na horta, com insetos y com as plantas. Além de uma habitação privada tivemos muita comida saborosa e saudável disponível. Un agradecimiento especial al equipo Neli, Pascoala, Francisco, Pepe y Lucio por ayudar a mantener las buenas energías del o projeto farn y a Sarah por nos recibir. O staff falava em inglês e no fim foi divertido porque eu não sei falar quase nada hahah recomendamos demais a experiência e esperamos poder voltar um dia :) Thanks, see you!

The project es un excelente voluntariado. En un entorno increíble rodeado de montañas, selva y río. Ideal para conectar con la naturaleza. Sarah es una gran anfitriona y está siempre atenta al bienestar de los voluntarios con un cariño de madre. Los horarios de trabajo se respetan perfectamente. Las tareas son simples y hay flexibilidad para trabajar. Las comida es maravillosa, deliciosa, abundante y saludable. Pude aprender mucho sobre huerta, permacultura, producción de café y contrucción con bambú entre muchas otras cosas. ¡Estoy feliz de haber tenido la oportunidad de vivir aquí!

I had an amazing experience at the farm! I learned so much about the beautiful natural diversity around, the permaculture, fruit picking, building out of scratch, the insects, and cooking with creativity. I also feared my fears living in the jungle area! Sarah not only is a great woman leading the farm by herself, she is also caring for our wellbeing and makes sure we have a good time at the farm and visiting the surrounding. She also helps the local community in more than one beautiful way and seems appreciated by all. Her local team is made of locals who speak spanish and are all lovely :)

This is an incredible project and a great opportunity to learn about farming and permaculture practices Sarah is passionate, dedicated and has some unique rules but allows the volunteers to be independant while incorperating their skills and ideas. The animals are great, the local employees are amazing and all the other travellers I volunteered with were incredible. If you have the option this experience is a must!

Thank God, it was another wonderful experience for us. The only thing I regret is that, because we don't speak English and speak little Spanish, this greatly reduces our interaction between all the other volunteers and hosts. Even so, everyone tried to talk to us and always paid attention to us. Sarah is a person of faith and God-fearing and we had several opportunities to pray together, becoming a wonderful bond. Thank God we found a person of faith, with a beautiful relationship with God, so coexistence is pleasant and prosperous, because, where there are people talking with and about God, there is Peace and harmony. My experience was very rewarding, Sarah is a kind, generous person. The farm is very cozy, with abundant nature and the team of workers are always open to teach volunteers how to do the tasks properly. I have a special affection for Nelli and Pascuala, it was wonderful to meet them. Another positive point is food, the farm offers a variety of delicious foods, and Sarah always shares her amazing recipes with the team. It's a truly gastronomic experience. We will miss you all! Including the house pets, the project Obi, Siete, and all the kittens.
