We are a family leaving in Huari.
My name is Anderson, I'm living with my wife Kelly, and my children, Adriana, Mijael and Pablo. Since I'm child, I'm cooking. I have a passion for the ceviche. I have 2 restaurants and I have a car I use sometimes to prepare food in the street. I want to share my passion and learn about others cultures. I need help for cooking and serve the food.

Dettagli del programma

We will work the morning from monday till friday. First, we look for the food in the market, then we prepare, serve and clean the kitchen. We prepare ceviche, soup, chicharon, rise with seafruits.
The afternoon, the volunteer will have free time, I can show to the volunteer natural and cultural sites around the city.
