Foi uma experiência maravilhosa! Esse voluntariado me deu memórias incríveis e eu recomendo para todos que buscam por diversão, festas e lugares incríveis. Pude praticar o meu espanhol com o staff do hostel e aproveitar Cancún enquanto trabalhava. Se joga!

I had a great time at Isla Mujeres! The island is so beautiful and relaxing place. The activities are super easy and fun and you get to learn a lot of people. Although, the reception is more work than the activieties. The hostel is modern and cozy. I enjoyed my stay a lot!

I had a good time in Cancun. I think 1 month is a little bit long and specially in low season. In Cancun there is not a lot to do. First I stayed in one of their hostels but they couldn't cook vegetarian so I had to move to another hostel of them. As a vegetarian the food is not great that you get. It is too simple and less food. Overall I met great people and I had a good time.

Desagradable! Me postulé para ciertas actividades y me pusieron en otras, y a pesar de expresar mi desagrado, no funcionó! No respetan lo acordado! La comida era muy mala! El Staff era agradable, y las personas que conocí fueron muy lindas!

La experiencia en Enigmatic fue buena, las instalaciones son muy cómodas, para trabajar, cocinar y el lugar es amplio, y muy bonito, sólo las camas de la habitación podrían mejorar, ya que son las más viejas del hotel. Se preocuparon de mejorar aspectos como el almuerzo, lo cual se agradece mucho. Las tareas son sencillas, el turno que me tocó fue de 5 a 10pm. El personal de recepción es muy agradable y hay cierta flexibilidad con el cambio de días de descanso. Lo recomiendo

El hostel Enigmatic Hotel Cancún, fue un lugar hermoso. Esta en una área muy linda, hay bancos, super mercados, restaurantes, y la terminal ADO ....(y mucho más) ademas de la parada de autobús para los pubs y las playas a 5 minutos, super bien ubicado ! Agradezco a Carlos, por esta experiencia y a todos los que directa e indirectamente contribuyeron también.

I had a great time at the hostel, mainly because of the guests and activities the hostel provided. I did however struggle with the lack of communication, some of my duties were unclear and I felt that my host did not fully prepare me for the requirements they expected me to uphold. I also wish that the host was more accommodating of me having to leave early for family matters. They wouldn't return my deposit even though I needed to leave only a day before my contract ended, and I was met with skepticism. It was frustrating, especially when I knew other volunteers were accommodated for less
