I spent a wonderful week with the community. Everyone was incredibly welcoming. Not everyone speaks English, but they made a big effort to talk to me. I had a lot of free time while I was volunteering. Once we went on a trip to the temple together. The food was tasty and fresh. I look back positively and am very grateful for the experience.

I had a really nice experience here in Tha Ton. Al the people are very friendly and welkoming. The really want that you have a great time. It's no problem at al to have breaks when you are working. You work from 8:00 til 11:00-11:30. After that you have your free time, but if you want you can join them in the afternoon. They even cooked a meel for me when I was leaving. They cook Chinese food, because they are from China. Most of the food is from the garden. So it tasted really really fresh. I would recommend to stay here for a minimum of 3 nights. 2 nights was a little bit to short for me :(
