We're looking for volunteers who can help create the best experiences for our guests!
Enjoy the hostel life in Lisbon, socialising and participating in our hostel community while you assist us in general hostel duties such as bartending , serving breakfasts, helping guests, organising games and also cooking for bigger groups (20 people). We are medium sized hostel (50 beds) right in city centre run by sister and brother. We already have great international team of receptionist and now we are looking for YOU to help us get back where we were few years ago. We want to create the best atmosphere for our guests and become very social hostel. That's where we need your help! To help us at breakfast and at the same time interact with guests and ensure they get help they need. Same with dinners and happy hour at our bar. Taking them for tours or bar crawls.

Attività e turni

We are giving you various tasks of the hostel's everyday's life for about 25 hours a week in exchange for a bed in a shared dorm, breakfast and dinners when we have them. There are also discounts at the hostel, in drinks and activities.

The main task is socialising with guests and ensuring they are having their best time. Other tasks are taking care of the breakfast and cleaning after, serving in the bar and helping to cook on diners nights. Sometimes you'll also do other shifts such as reception help, taking the guests out at night or to activities, going food shopping or helping us keep the place spotless. We always try to keep it fair so everyone get a mix of all the shifts.

You will be working a maximum of 5 days a week and having at least two consecutive days off a week, doing between 4 to 6 hours a day to reach the max of 25 hours.
