I am looking for someone to help me learn how to swim.

Preferably, I am looking for adults who have significant experience with swimming (childhood swimming, competitive swimming, lifeguarding, etc) or someone who has expertise teaching children or adults how to swim.

However, anyone who has patience, a growth mindset, and is confident they are able to teach me to swim is welcome!

Dettagli del programma

Some topics I would like help with are: getting comfortable in water, floating and water safety, breathing, freestyle/breaststroke/backstroke, and treading. Luckily, we have beautiful and convenient water access through the Mediterranean Sea 10 minutes away!

I am also interested in learning physical fitness such as calisthenics, or working with the body in simple ways that can be done anywhere- for example when traveling or in the desert.

Finally, I would like to learn Latin America dances, like salsa. Anyone who can teach dancing or likes to dance is welcome!
