Tuve una gran experiencia en the home. Es un lugar hermoso, Faye es muy organizada y eso hace que el trabajo sea mucho más ameno. Si te gusta estar afuera y trabajar con tus manos es ideal para desconectar un poco. Hay un pueblo cerca es pequeño pero puedes encontrar lo que sea que precises. Es lindo poder usar las bicicletas de la casa y salir a recorrer la zona. Faye y toda la familia te hacen sentir muy bien recibido. Además tienen dos perros muy lindos.

For my first world packers experience, this was amazing and I worry the rest won't compare! Faye is super organised so you always know what you're doing and makes you feel very comfortable and at home. We stayed with Faye at a time when her family were also there, so there was a great team spirit with work, and at dinner time there were always interesting conversations. At the home, working hard is appreciated and rewarding as the place is extremely beautiful.

Dear Faye, Ben, Mariyah, Scratch 🦮 & Sam 🐶. thank you so much for hosting us this past month at the home! We have had the best time. Everything about the work exchange went above and beyond what we expected, even the brambles ;) Faye is an extremely organised host who will make sure everything is in order, if you put in the work and want to engage, you will be rewarded. The work is physical yet manageable, the food is brilliant and facilities are well maintained. I thoroughly recommend volunteering here and I would love to come back. Thankyou guys once again!

Faye es de las mejores anfitrionas que he tenido! Está abierta a escucharte y atenderte, si necesitas algo (ya sea comida, cosas para el baño, holidays, incluso ropa!) sólo pídeselo, siempre encontrará la forma de ayudarte, es bastante organizada, relajada y confía en sus voluntarios, mientras cumplas con tus obligaciones todo bien, además que incentiva la convivencia con las demás personas a la hora de la cena. Fue mi primer voluntariado creando contenido y estoy muy orgullosa de lo que pudimos crear juntas. Perfecto para ti si lo que buscas es desconectarte del mundo exterior :)

I had such a lovely and fun time staying with Faye and her beautiful daughters. I felt at ease and welcomed instantly. Such a beautiful house and life they have set up together! The work was very reasonable and Faye was always there to help out with ideas, planning and materials when I required. Thank you so much Faye!!!!

Truly not enough good things I can say about my stay at the home. Faye is so kind and welcoming that you feel at home the second you get picked up from the station. The property is the perfect to relax and unwind in the French countryside. The work is hard, but satisfying and fun when done as a group. During my stay I was able to connect and share my time with other volunteers, in the process making lifelong friendships. I loved my stay and can't wait to come back.

Absolutely reccomended, an amazing experience to be in contact with nature, meet people and have fun. The work was tough at times but incredibly interesting and rewarding. The house is super nice, with lots of games and places to enjoy your free time, Faye, Mariyah and Isabelle are wonderful, communicative guests that make you feel part of their family, the food is amazing and Sam and Scratch (their dogs) are adorable. The walks and bike rides around the beautiful countryside and the towns nearby are really enjoyable. This was my first worldpackers experience and I loved every second of it!

Ha sido una experiencia increíble, la recomiendo 100%. Ha sido mi primera experiencia worldpackers y, a pesar de que mi nivel de inglés no es el mejor, me he sentido muy bien acogida. El lugar es precioso y la casa muy acogedora, perfectos para descansar y dar paseos por la naturaleza, caminando o en bici. El trabajo es flexible y, aunque en ocasiones exigente, ha sido divertido poder compartirlo con otros voluntarios con los que he vivido bonitos momentos. Sin duda Faye, Isabelle y Mariyah son excelentes anfitrionas. Muchas gracias por todo! <3

This was the first time I did a volunteer work from this website and the whole time I was wondering why hadn't I tried it before! it was one of the most memorable experiences that I will cherish forever in my life. the home and Faye and her family made us feel so welcome and comfortable at all times. the work was structured and organised with all the equipment being provided by Faye. Working and living there were wonderfully balanced. The food, the hospitality and the dinner table games and conversations are a cherry on the top. will definitely recommend this and would love to revisit.
