Experience 10 out of 10. Elise it's a lovely person, very flexible. The place it's super cozy and feels like home. I highly recommend.

I loved my experience with Elise at the guest house! The tasks were very clear and fun. I felt like I had contributed in a real way to her project. Elise is really flexible regarding the hours, she is fun and a hardworker and her instructions wete always clear. I had a lot of free time and I could surf and enjoy the area. The location is perfect for someone who would want to disconnect from their reality for a bit meet others and enjoy the beach schedule, and surf of course 🏄 merci encore & à la prochaine Elise xxx

Sin lugar a duda uno de los mejores voluntariados que tuve. Las plantas y los gatitos, el diseño DIY, la cantidad y variedad de plantas, la amabilidad de Elise, el respeto y la buena onda. Las tareas fueron divertidas para mi. La ubicación es excelente, a mitad de camino del centro de Ferrel donde los jueves se hacen jam sessions en lo de Guida, y en Baleal siempre hay olas y el atardecer está genial. Los cuartos son muy confortables, todos con ventana, las duchas excelentes, la cocina limpia y muy completa. La iluminación bien chill. Me siento muy agradecido por esta experiencia 🫶🏼✨

I can't say enough how blessed I am for being a part of this experience. Elise was kind and welcoming before we ever met... and she only got better the more I got to know her. The property is beautiful and such a welcoming environment. Elise is flexible, communicative, and just an all around cool person. The work was rewarding, but not demanding and the town caught me in it's magic spell. I will definitely be back, if I ever leave 😂

This was such an amazing worldpackers experience! Elise is so kind and knows how to run a hostel so well, i mostly did some painting and handy work, the work was straight forward and fair. the guest house is in a small town but you can bike easily to the beach and enjoy the little restaurants and night life in the area. the hostel is so cozy and has everything you need. would 100% recommend! thank you Elise for your hospitality ❤️

This volunteering experience was so relaxing and felt like home. Elise is the kindest most fair host and the work tasks were easy. She tries to find work for people which matches their skills and preferences. It is about 3 hrs per day but very flexible and if there is little work to do, you only work as much as she needs. The surf school she recommends teach surfing very well and it is a great way to meet others. This place attracts other great souls, guests and volunteers alike.

My experience at Ethics the guest house was amazing! Had the best time at the beaches around the hostel and working with other volunteers. People were very friendly and kind. Elise the host was super patient and explained all the things she wanted to be done and we should do it. I surely recommend this experience to other volunteers! Hope to come back to Peniche any time soon :)

It was my first experience as a volunteer and it was perfect I really enjoyed. Elise is very nice, kind and flexible. I felt like home. The task were easy. The village is very nice you have restaurants shop you can do everything by walking or by bike. Thank you Elise for everything!
