My time at the project was wonderful, and I made lots of good memories taking care of the goats, feeding the chicken and geese, watching the chicks hatch, or tending to the front garden. The other people there were lovely and helpful, and made sure I had at least one task a day. Things definitely moved at a slower pace and took time, but it was rather nice to slow down and enjoy the days. That being said, volunteering during the off season did sometimes feel too slow (for my liking anyways) so I'd definitely recommend volunteering with someone else or during the high season.

-notice that it's 12$/day now- I stayed one month and it was a great! I regretted the lack of nature around (you can always hear the big road close), and of permaculture. Also, due to the organisation with Horacio and Mati present there at differents times, it can cause sometimes a lack of organisation and communication. If you want to stay for long, notice that there is no public transport, and that the house is a large common space with little privacy. I really enjoyed taking care of the animals and the good moments with everyone! You can be independent and experiment what you want :)

Tratamos que los voluntarios aprendan, experimenten con otros viajeros/voluntarios y tengan una convivencia a excelente . Argentina está atravesando una reseción y crisis económica mounstruosa sin precedetes y por ello decidimos cobrar 12$ ya que no nos alcanza para cubrir las más de 4 platos al día que comen más vino que ofrecemos. Gracias!

This was my first Worldpackers experience and I think it was a perfect place to start. The host Horacio is extremely welcoming and accommodating! The work load will vary depending on how many other volunteers are there, but daily tasks include watering the garden, planting/ harvesting vegetables, and taking care of the chickens/goats. Atmosphere/schedule is overall very chill and flexible- We usually worked about 4-5 hours and then had the rest of the day off. You will cook your own meals as a group, but all food is provided and you can also use food from the garden :) Beautiful sunsets here!

The project ! What an experience, it was very well balanced with various different activities from working with crops, tending to the goats and chickens, or even constructing/ building with natural materials. This whole experience was very informative I learned so much about sustainable materials and how they all work hand in hand with the animals and crops. You'll find a lot of time on your hands which is great as everyone has different spiritual practices that they shared. All in all, the farm felt like a home and Horacio and Mauro were great hosting it !

My first Worldpackers experience was an excellent one thanks to Matí and Horacio. From the day that I arrived I was made to feel at home. Coming from a major city, this was a great escape from the fast life that I am used to. Learning about sustainability and bio-construction was wonderful and I intend to implement things I've learned to my life back home. The landscape is beautiful and the night sky is truly incredible. Great opportunity to practice Spanish and a pleasant immersion in Argentine culture. Lots of laughs shared and memories made, the project is highly recommended!

Tive dias muito especiais e de muita troca no projeto. Matias e Alba me receberam muito bem e compartilharam todo conhecimento deles comigo. Os horários das atividades são bem tranquilos mas, se você tiver outro trabalho, não recomendo essa experiencia porque é muito imersiva. Cozinhavamos quase todas as refeições juntos, além das atividades também de limpeza e organização da casa. Aos finais de semana, o anfitrião Horácio também participava da rotina do sítio. Terminei meus dias lá muito feliz e com un sentimento de gratidão por tudo que vivi e aprendi :) 💛

El proyeto fue una buena experiencia donde pude aprender del cuidado de animales de granja y vivir en una casa de barro. También es un lugar rodeado de naturaleza y paz. Recomiendo a todo aquel que quiera vivir la experiencia de seguro les va a gustar

Horacio es una persona estupenda! Tiene un proyecto súper interesante y espero que siga creciendo y llevando a cabo su trabajo tan necesario y cada vez menos compartido. La finca es un lugar rodeado de naturaleza, un lugar perfecto para estar en contacto con el entorno y la tranquilidad. El trabajo son tareas básicas y fáciles y los horarios son súper correctos y también flexibles. Gracias Horacio por compartir conmigo y con celine, fueron semanas maravillosas. Y muchísimas gracias por los dos increíbles asados que preparaste!!!! De lo mejor lo superior amigo!!!

Una hermosa experiencia. El lugar es super bonito, muchísima naturaleza y paz. Las personas que conoci fueron increíbles, todos los dias me sentí extremadamente feliz de pasar tiempo con ellos, nos volvimos super unidos en poco tiempo. El anfitrión tiene mucha paciencia y me enseñó muchiiisimas cosas. Me divertí muchísimo, todas las actividades me encantaron.
