I had a transformative and wonderful experience at the organization. The hours and tasks were fair and well managed. I made some incredible friends there. The people, for me, were the best part. There's a lot to do on the island and it's beautiful. Great the organization within walking distance, though nothing else is. There is only one volunteer car, but coordinating and getting out and about is usually pretty easy. Davide is a friendly host, but somewhat tempermental if you don't follow his very specific instructions. This, however, detracts little from the experience. I loved my time there!

Great time overall (people), but some aspects aren't the same as their Worldpackers page, which I already suggested to update when I was there! Although I feel communication was not always transparent. Tasks I signed up for were not the same in reality: I did cooking, cleaning but I was really interested in painting and construction and I asked multiple times if I could be involved in those because I applied for that, in the end I joined other volunteers on my off hours to help with painting. Car: can only drive above 25 yrs old (which I wasn't told in advance). can't write more bc of ch.limit

The place is really great, but during slow season there will not be a lot of people so it may seems empty but you can really enjoy the peace of the place

El mes en la organización pasó volando, ha sido mi primera experiencia de este tipo y fue inmejorable. Durante estos 30 días he aprendido multitud de cosas, conocido a gente increíble fuera y dentro de la casa y, por supuesto, escalado más que nunca. Repetiría sin duda.

He pasado dos meses fantásticos!! Experiencia única y maravillosa en the organization :) Empecé mi viaje sin saber cómo escalar y ahora vuelvo a casa con un montón de nuevas experiencias y conocimientos. Recomiendo esta experiencia a aquellos que les gusta involucrarse y es perfecta para aquellos que aman la naturaleza, el mar, la escalada, el surf y la aventura. Muchas gracias Davide y a todos los voluntarios que he conocido por los momentos especiales y el tiempo que pasamos juntos, nos vemos pronto🫶🏼

You must be flexible and open to the possibility of changing situations (e.g.: place to sleep, changes of work shifts, etc.), but also be motivated to seize every opportunity to make the best use of your free time and challenge yourself with new activities!

Had one of the best times in my 5 months of travel so far. David's is very understand but a little picky about what we cook. I can't blame him because he supplied the food. I was there during an off the organization season and was worried about the lack of people but I met so many amazing people and friends for life as well as improved my the organization skills. We all shared the expense of the car and traveled all over the island.

Excelente experiencias en la organización ortuz de tenerife, sin duda una experiencia maravillosa que me encantaría repetir, tiene muy buenas instalaciones, buena alimentación y una vibra increíble creada por los voluntarios de la comunidad, es una excelente opción para amantes de la naturaleza, el mar y la escalada, sin duda recomendaría esta experiencia a otros voluntarios, gracias a Davide y al la organización por presentarme una visión tan linda de la vida y la aventura.
