The hostel is the place that makes you feel at home from day one. Both the staff and other volunteers have been like family to me. The hostel has a perfect location, the shifts give you so much chance to still have fun and travel around the island and it was great to meet lots of people from different backgrounds. Unforgettable experience, I would do it again a thousand times! ❤️☀️

My Time at the hostel was great! I felt like family since the day I arrived. I got to meet so many different people and could experience so many different things like surfing, hiking, playing volleyball and many more. I stayed for one month in which I also had the chance to spend about one week in the mountains at the partner hostel Finca la Isa, where I could enjoy beautiful sunsets, a great view and some great hikes. I really enjoyed my time there and can recommend it to everyone. Definitely a time in will never forget.

The hostel is an extraordinary place that quickly feels like home… The vibe of the hostel is very chill and cozy, everyone is super friendly and it makes you feel like a part of a family. The volunteer tasks were manageable and well explained, leaving plenty of time to do activities both in and out of the hostel. The island has a lot to offer, there's nice beaches and hiking trails, also it's perfect if you want to surf. the hostel's team is the best one, other volunteers made me feel welcomed from day one and I will be forever grateful for the memories we created together 🤍

Volunteering at the hostel turned out to be one of the most incredible experiences of my life! The hostel is cozy, with a laid-back and relaxed atmosphere; the shifts were simple, exactly as explained, so there is nothing to worry about! Additionally, the work schedule allowed plenty of free time, which I used to explore the island's hidden gems, take trips, beach days, and even go surfing! From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed as part of a big family that made me feel at home the whole time :) I wholeheartedly recommend everyone coming to the hostel, and I truly hope to return soon!

My time in the hostel was amazing. I had so much fun! The hostel itself is very cozy, with nice common areas to hang out with volunteers and guests, and it's only 30 seconds away from the beach! The managers are very friendly and professional, and the other volunteers were incredibly welcoming. You will make amazing friendships here! The tasks are easy during the low season, mainly cleaning and reception duties. You'll have plenty of free time to explore the island. I would definitely recommend this place ! Beware : once you come here, you won't want to leave!

My time at Tamaràn was incredibly unique. As a person who loves the mountains, living at the beach for a month was a difficult transition, but ultimately I grew to really enjoy the environment. I would say that the most important piece of this experience was the other volunteers. I was able to enjoy and pursue incredible friendships which brought everything together. As volunteers we were given lots of freedom outside of the required shifts which allowed me to go camping/hiking/exploring on the island. It is important to note that I was a volunteer during “low season” (May-August)

This was my first volunteering, but it fulfilled all my expectations, I had a wonderful time and met many wonderful people from all over the world. The hostel is located just next to the beach. A big plus is that due to cooperation with other hotels on the island, you can go to another hostel for free. There were usually 6 volunteers in the hostel and due to the low season, there was not much work, so there were only 4 shifts of 5 hours a week. My fav part of the hostel was the living room where you can spend time with the volunteers and guests. I had an amazing time there! 🤩

Volunteering in the hostel was an incredible experience! I connected with both volunteers and guests, and felt completely at home. Amelie was an amazing manager, always handling everything in the best way possible, with clear communication and flexibility. The shifts were very easygoing, allowing plenty of time to volunteer and also enjoy what the island has to offer. I am grateful for the opportunity to explore the island alongside the wonderful people I met here, and I hope to return ❤️

I had a great time at the hostel! We did so many activities together, the hostel is cozy and lovely. I was warmly welcomed and made many great friends! Big thanks to Amelie she is an awesome person and a great manager. The tasks were easy to follow, everything is well explained and your hours are respected. Lot of free time to explore, surf, super close to the beach and a perfect neighborhood. I will badly miss this place and hope to be back soon.
