Una experiencia super recomendable! Disfruté muchísimo mi estadía en el hostel. La ubicación es excelente, el hostel dispone de todo lo necesario para una buena estadía y tanto el staff como los huéspedes hacen del lugar un ambiente super cálido y acogedor. Kate y Aris son excelentes anfitriones, que junto con el resto de voluntarios ponen mucho cariño y esfuerzo en hacer del hostel una segunda casa para los viajeros. Las actividades son llevaderas, se respetan los horarios y se dispone de flexibilidad para coordinar los turnos, con mucho margen de tiempo para recorrer el hostel

I had such a fantastic experience volunteering at the hostel, the team and staff are amazing people and immediately made me feel so welcomed and included! The tasks were always as agreed upon, and with a flexible schedule I had many days off to explore the hostel and the neighboring cities. The town is beautiful with gorgeous scenery and so much to offer, and I had a great time getting to know the area, cafes, and museums. There were always fun activities happening in the hostel and a truly comforting atmosphere, it is the perfect place for travelers. I hope to return once again in the future.

The memories I created at the hostel will always be dear to me. The owners Kate and Aris are the most welcoming and fun people and as a volunteer, you feel like you're part of one big family. The hostel itself is like no other I've stayed at. It's cozy and homey and full of life. There's a big emphasis on creating social events and togetherness between the guests, so as a volunteer you help run fun activities like trivia nights, cooking family dinners, pub crawls and hikes. The work itself is pretty easy and you still get so much free time. Could not recommend this experience enough!!

As I mentioned in my social media, I arrived at a hostel and left from a home. I had an amazing experience and would recommend it to any friend. The onwers and the manager are not only respectful, but the relarionship is so good that they became my friends. The shifts were stablished beforehand and we always had the opportunity to talk and request some adjustments to better organize our agenda. I really loved my time with the hostel :)

The hostel is such a special place and I loved my time so much here <3 Kate and Aris are wonderful hosts and the hostel is just fantastic with the best type of people and environment. Work is easy and exactly what was agreed upon. Would absolutely recommend this experience to anyone looking for a special and exciting volunteer experience. You plan weekly activities to do with guests and get to choose what to do which makes it unique and personal. Love love LOVE the hostel <3

My stay at the hostel was better that I ever could have imagined. I have so much awe and respect for Kate and Aris and the community they've created there. There is such warm, welcoming atmosphere; everyone is valued and included. We had frequent group outings to cosy local pubs, walks through the countryside, and picnics in nearby parks. All the other volunteers were absolutely lovely, and we all supported and cared for each other deeply. Kate, Aris, and Mari created a seamless work environment as well as a true home away from home. They have all inspired me in so many ways<3 thank you

I had a great experience at the hostel Backpacker. Its central location made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city, shopping, and finding good restaurants nearby. One of the highlights was the vaults, a cozy spot where you can relax, watch movies, or even get some work done when needed. The volunteers were friendly and often shared dishes from their own cultures, which not only provided a wonderful opportunity for cultural exchange but also created a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made it easy to connect with others. I highly recommend this hostel!

The best hostel ever, you're felling like your home!!! Aris and Kate are perfect, staff too. About shift are better I found in UK, especially safety worker. The hostel is amazing you meet a lot of people different country, you can speak diferent language. And staff does interactive activities. The acomodation is nice, best I found in turist hostel. the hostel is a perfect city, small university city, beatiful, U find history, hiking, diferent activities.

This is so far the best hostel that I've ever been to. Kate and Aris along with Mari make you feel at home. In a short time, you feel like a family member because everyone mixes with the guests and volunteers, they manage the bureaucratic part and still respect your space. I have no words to express how happy I was these weeks, 'the right place at the right time'. Talking about the city, you need to come and see with your own eyes. Thank you, thank you <3

Volunteering at the hostel was amazing! Kate and Aris are wonderful people and it was a joy to work with them and the other , also wonderful, volunteers. The hostel is well taken care of and the hostel is a charming little city. Management is amazing at balancing responsibility and being flexible. It teal y feels like family which is not easy to accomplish!
