You are a curious person who is confident with other humans, or has the desire to improve this skill. You are aware that working at a hostel requires being reliable with your time and generous with your energy. Your fellow Human Leaders will become your good friends, and together you will share unforgettable life experiences, gain new skills, and learn about our way of life. Every day is an opportunity for you to make new connections, discover new perspectives, and of course improve your Spanish.

The hostel is also a canvas for your best ideas and curiosities. In the past, Leaders have used this experience to give their first yoga class or DJ set, create a short film, improve a vital hostel process, or simply learn how to be tranquilo.
