My time at the farm was great. The location was perfect: a calm place between fields, with a bike path along a river, and with the Alps in the background; yet very close to beatiful cities like Mantova and Verona, where we spent our days off / free time. The hosts were very welcoming to me and the other volunteer; and counted us in for dinners with their family. The work, for me, was easy to get used to, and was a little different from day to day (we sometimes did gardening, baking...) which made it entertaning. I definitly recomended coming here!

Excellent place to volunteer! The treatment is very human, the place where you stay is very familiar and comfortable. The schedule and tasks are respected. The food is of excellent quality, internet is also good to work. In addition you have several cities nearby to visit on your day off such as Verona, Bologna, Venice, Milan. I felt so good that I didn't want to leave!

My time at the farm was amazing!!! I am so thankful for Bea and Davide. They welcomed me in their home with open arms and where always ready to answer all the questions I had during work and outside and gave great recommendations on how to spend the free day. The work was very manageable, but you have to pay close attention to a lot of details because they have higher standards than hostels, wich makes sense since this is a 3 star hotel. But the time was greatly respected and I felt very at home :))

My time here was overall good. The work itself wasn't difficult, but there were moments when the workload felt heavier than the time allocated to complete it, which made it challenging to stick to regular work hours. At times, it felt like too much was expected. On the positive side, the room was comfortable, and I really enjoyed being able to cook my own meals. It was also great meeting other volunteers from different countries, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a decent experience.

Thank you so much Tyla for your positive experience!!! After many years, we see that the time given is more than enough to complete tasks required as many volounters had no problem with it. Tasks are the same everyday, first days it takes longer to learn, but then faster once you get the normal routine. About expectations, we only expect that tasks are completed in the proper way, but every volounteer can also take extra time to complete them, as there is no rush. We do really appreciate your help and we wish you all the best !!!

I would definitely recommend it! The place is really nice and I felt at home. You do have to pay attention to all the tasks but once you get the hang of it the hours fly by. On your free day you can take the bus and/or train to nearby cities and see more of the area. At this place there are two shifts, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. When the other volunteer was not working we spend time together and I made a really good new friendship! Also the hosts Bea and Luca are helpful and sweet. Thanks!

The eight-week volunteering experience in the farm was rewarding, the place is truly beautiful. You will have a spacious room at your disposal, shared with another volunteer, the bathroom is shared with volunteers and family members, in the kitchen you will have quality food available for meals. You will be charged to be efficient and fast in the tasks that will be listed. In my free time I went on many bike rides, as well as visiting wonderful cities in the region such as: Verona, Sirmione, Venezia, among others. My experience in the farm was one of my favorites until now. I really felt home there! The work is pretty okay and they teach everything that you need to know and are always around to help with any doubt. I had a lot of free time to enjoy the nature around with the bike and also some cities during the days off. It's a really beautiful and calm region, I just love it!! My experience with Bea was really cool, I learned a lot about hostel management and the tasks are very simple to perform, they just require attention to detail, to maintain the quality of the service! I really enjoyed spending more than a month there, a very cozy space and close to amazing cities around it! Bea is a person with a very good heart! I loved meeting you and your family 🫶

The best thing about this place was the treatment from the hosts, especially Bea, whom I've had the pleasure to work with the majority of the time. She always made sure we had everything we needed. For sure it's a place where you can disconnect about the daily routine but this disconnection must not be confused with a the farm retreat. They train you to do the things through a certain procedure; it must be done quick and efficiently, it may seem complicated at first but later on, it's automatic. The schedules are really good, you can do the morning or afternoon shift and both are really useful

There are no words to describe how beautiful my time at the farm was. regarding the chores, both, Bea and Luca, explained everything that I had to do in detail; all was so bearable that the 5 hours they made me do were easygoing. I leave with knowledge and wisdom that they knew how to transmit it to me. you can reach many cities to visit on your day off, but my personal favorite, the beach. the bikes made everything better as i could go on rides after my shift. i had the opportunity to know bea and luca in a personal way that helped me grow as a person so I will always be grateful to them:)
