L'esperienza

We are looking for volunteers who can teach and support as at New Marigold Secondary School. You will work up to four or five hours each day with our children up to grade seven. At our school we have Wi-Fi available and cook all three meals for you. In the morning Nepali Dhal Bhat, in the afternoon a small snack and in the evening also Dhal Bhat. The accommodation is a volunteer room at the school.

Dettagli del programma

New Marigold Secondary Boarding School is my new project which I overtook in 2022. Currently we have 145 students which attend classes from 10:00 AM until 04:00 PM. We teach them about computers, English, Nepali, science, health, sports and more.

Attività e turni

Your day starts with breakfast at the school around 09:30 AM. We have a detailed schedule from 10:00 AM until 04:00 PM where you can assist Nepali teachers in the subject you like. Share with us what you want to do. We welcome all support.

Regole

Do not smoke at the school. Do not give money or candy to the children. Do not be violent infront of the children. Cloth yourself modest.
