Great experience! The job is ok (sometimes hard) but the shedule is respected. The people are amazing! The hostel is well located, and we have a few free food to eat all the time. I learned somethings about housekeeping area and a little of reception and bar. There are a lot of Brazilians it's good to not miss home. You can practice english most of time that is like a universal language there. Rafa is a good host and she is always available to help us with something. Thank you guys, I recommend and I would back.

The hostel vai ficar pra sempre no meu coração! Toda a equipe lá me fez me sentir muito mais do que em casa e eu posso dizer com certeza que foi uma experiência única pra vida. A Rafa e o Renato são pessoas incríveis e sempre estavam disponíveis e dispostos a me ajudar com tudo que eu precisava! A localização é ótima, tem tudo perto e ainda tem o bar do hostel que é muito bom também. Obrigada a toda a equipe do the hostel, especialmente a Rafa e o Renato, pela experiência incrível! Com certeza voltaria, se não como voluntária, como guest 🤍

A minha experiência no the hostel foi muito boa. Horários de voluntario respeitado, equipe de staff eram muito legais e voluntários também. Tive bastante contato com alguns guests o que ajudou a praticar o inglês e a socializar. Recomendo a experiência

O hostel me desenvolveu em habilidades que eu nem sabia que eu poderia ter. a equipe de recrutamento é maravilhosa, e no geral, toda a equipe do hostel te faz se sentir acolhido e bem vindo. o hostel é muito animado e sempre tem gente legal pra conversar. sobre milão, eu teria pesquisado mais sobre a cidade em si antes de ter vindo, só pra me planejar melhor. é um otimo ponto neutro pra visitar várias outras cidades por perto (o que é super fácil por que o hostel te da dois dias seguidos de folga) te amo o hostel, já tô com saudade 🤍

My experience at the hostel could not have been better. I had the opportunity to meet many travellers, understand the logistics behind working in a bar and make many friends for life. Not only did I have a great relationship with fellow volunteers, but I also made great connections with all the staff. Working hours were always respected. Since I was at the bar, obviously on the weekends there was more work to do, but it was always doable and communication with the bar staff was always on point. Thank you for everything! I'll certainly be back to visit!

My experience at the hostel was wonderful and unforgettable! The tasks had a calendar and all information was duly fulfilled. As for the staff and volunteers, I don't even have words, they were all amazing and are friends that I will take for life, the farewell really wasn't easy. All my affection and gratitude for the time we spent together.

The hostel was so so good. I loved the atmosphere at once and more and more everyday. It's LGBTQ+ friendly, has beautiful staff and volunteers and has fun events every night that made my experience all the better. Its location is also a bonus and has many close trams if you want to venture further. I worked in housekeeping so on certain days, yes there were many beds to change, but honestly time flew by and with the right team it was fun and enjoyable to be with each other. Would definitely recommend! Shout out to the bar staff who made karaoke nights the most memorable!

The hostel was a place where I made friends that will stay with me for a lifetime. It is a very young environment that connects people. The staff is very sweet, lively and friendly. I was very well received by Rafaela and Renato in a relaxed and flexible work environment. I am very grateful and satisfied with this experience where I had several opportunities and openness to show all my skills. I literally felt at home and it was the best thing I could have done at the beginning of my life here in Italy. I will miss and remember forever. They are all in my heart and in my story =)

I had such an amazing time at the hostel. The staff and volunteers were all lovely and really approachable. The events in the bar are always fun and I met so many amazing people, both staff and guests. I would recommend to anyone visiting the hostel to stay at the hostel or at least go for a drink on karaoke night. The work was easy and relaxed - it never really felt like work. I miss everyone already and hope to be back soon!
