The hostel well where should i start! lets kick this review off with the practical, the hostel is all you could ask for as a volunteer having reasonable works hours and amazing benefits and incredible perks such as great food and comfortable living conditions as well as heaps of activities to do through the hostel they truly do look after you at the hostel and hold up their end of the bargain and more! now the not so practical but so much more meaningful. the familia you will make here will last a life time and i truly hope you get to experience and love i did here. Thankyou once again the hostel:)

My experience at the hostel was phenomenal. I knew the first day I arrived that I wanted to stay longer. This place is magical from the beginning till the end. It's a place where you will feel at home. Maria the manager in charge of the volunteers will always try to make you feel at home with an open heart. Most of the staff are Colombians so this allows you to practice your Spanish while working behind the bar. The beach is peaceful and every sunset are incredible. The dorm in which we sleep hold 8 bed so I had the opportunity and luck to create a real bond with my fellow volonteer

El hostel es el mejor Hostel de Colombia. Sin duda la experiencia que brindan es la más completa de todas, desde la alimentación, las fiestas, las actividades deportivas, la cantidad de huéspedes y el orden, los avances y cambios permanentes en buscas de mejoras. Recomendar esta experiencia tanto a voluntarios como turistas.

Mejor lugar para voluntariar no pude encontrar ! mi primera experiencia con Worldpackers y fue de 10! . Quiero empezar mencionando a los chicos del staff: Pedro , Katerine, Laura, Shirley, Diego , Bryan, Christian, Luis, Ivan todos ellos hacen del equipo del bar y son los mejores! En la cocina Hugo! María y Ana en administración super atentas, las instalaciones son increíbles! tanto como para huéspedes como para voluntarios, la comida deliciosa, el hostel está ubicado a una hora de Santa Marta pero aún así se puede armar plan para explorar los alrededores.Muchas gracias a todos! me voy muy feliz

I had an absolutely amazing time at the hostel. I did not know a lot about this small piece of paradise beforehand, so I was definitely surprised when I learned about the size of this operation. You will be working with max. 7 other volunteers, but there are also about 50 staff working in the amazing restaurant from which you can choose a la carte 3 times a day (most items), at the reception, maintenance, cleaning and also behind the bar, where I spent most of my working hours. I got to improve my Spanish a lot thanks to the patience of everybody and I really felt at home. Gracias ❤️

It was an absolute pleasure volunteering at the hostel. The staff were fun and full of life and so were the other volunteers. The beds were comfortable and the food was good. I felt a part of the hostel culture. I made a lot of friends with people from all over europe and colombia. I would've wished my spanish was a little better so I could make deeper connections with the locals but people were very kind anyways :) The work was both challenging and rewarding. I was teaching yoga and working in the bar, both things i've never done. I will definitely visit the hostel again!

Mi experiencia fue genial, me sentí muy cómoda y acogida por todos en el hostel desde el personal de mantenimiento hasta los jefes, son una gran familia que te incluye al 100%. El lugar es un real paraíso lo recomiendo sobre todo si quieres desconectarte de la ciudad y pasar grandes experiencias. La comida es deliciosa. Camas cómodas y tenemos lavadora también por lo que un anfitrión muy completo

The hostel é incrível! O lugar é mais lindo do que parece nas fotos! Gostei muito das comidas, realmente as três refeições valem MUITO. Tive uma sorte imensa de encontrar um grupo de voluntários muito legal, fiz mais amigos do que eu imaginava. No geral as pessoas do staff são queridas, alguns em especial tem uma energia maravilhosa. O trabalho é tranquilo e temos break para refeição, mas se eu pudesse deixar uma sugestão é para não deixarem o mesmo voluntário trabalhando em festa mais de uma vez na semana pois com certeza é o momento com mais trabalho! Recomendo muitoooo the hostel ❤️
