The volunteer manager (Oscar) is really great, he does everything he can to support volunteers and provide a positive and enjoyable experience. The hostel managers need to be much better with their organisation and improve their communication with employees and volunteers. This hostel is a great experience but there is much room for improvement with regard to communication, respecting the agreed provisions for volunteers and the managers expect too much from volunteers in exchange for very basic accommodation and breakfast. They expect volunteers to train themselves and eachother!

The hostel is is such a cool place! Had so much fun meeting all the staff there, they are all so nice and fun, and they are so welcoming to foreign volunteers!
