Be part of a small and cozy co-living, surrounded by the volcano, banana fields and the ocean. We offer 7 private rooms, one of which you'll share with a fellow volunteer.

I'm seeking assistance with daily cleaning, laundry, gardening, check-ins/outs, social media, and jacuzzi maintenance. The details about each task will be provided upon applying for the position.

I'm looking for a respectful and responsible volunteer to join our close-knit co-living family, contributing to the full maintenance and cleanliness of the house. In the rare event that the volunteer position is not being fulfilled adequately, a 24-48 hour notice will be provided for room vacation.

- 1 Instagram Story per Day
- Refill supplies (Soap, Water, Coffee, Dishwasher Salt, WC Tablets, etc.)
- Hang Clothes and put linen into the dryer
- Dust and Mop
- Clean Rooms After Check-Outs
- Prepare Rooms for Check-Ins
- Welcome guests to the house
- Manage Garbage
- Clean Kitchen and Common Areas
- Gardening
- Handle Pest Control
- Maintain Jacuzzi
- Perform Other Tasks as Requested by the Host

Night Shift
(Split Shift on Mondays & Sundays)
(Days off on Friday & Saturday)

- Post 1 Instagram Story per Day
- Clean Bathrooms (on Wednesday & Sunday)
- Welcome guests to the house
- Fold Sheets and Towels
- Iron Clothes
- Clean Kitchen and Common Areas
- Manage Laundry Room and Schedule Overnight Laundry
- Perform Other Tasks as Requested by the Host

Regole

- Maintain the room in good condition throughout the specified rental period.
- Promptly notify the owner of any breakdown, damage, or accident occurring in the home and/or room during the stay.
- Avoid causing inconvenience to neighbours and fellow tenants, including the landlord.
- Respect quiet hours from 12 am to 7 am, Monday to Friday.
- Utilize the spa area between 8:00 and 23:00, unless prior arrangements are made with the landlord.
- Prohibit the consumption of food and beverages, as well as smoking, while using the jacuzzi.
- Strictly forbid the consumption of illegal drugs in the co-living space.
