This hostel is a super nice place, you will either sleep in a dormitory or a private room for 2 people.. everyone is super welcoming and the tasks are explained in the beginning and even after that you are always encouraged to ask for help if you need to. I would recommed this place to volunteer for everyone!

Foi meu primeiro voluntário e eu amei! O hostel é bem localizado e SUPER SEGURO, bairro com tudoooo por perto, fui bem recepcionada, e as pessoas como do hostel são muito amáveis e amigáveis, não sentir dificuldade em me enturmar fui muito bem acolhida, tive uma boa experiência cultural, a Paulina que é anfitriã é uma pessoa super flexível, consegui conhecer outras cidades no México, a parte de que as tarefas no hostel são bem simples e nada impossível de se fazer, eu consegui me adaptar muito bem, pra mim foi tudo muito simples e perfeito!!!

This place feels like home, I met incredible people all around the world, the vibes here are amazing, the host is super nice and friendly, I totally recommend you to live the experience at the hostel ❤️

I had a really nice stay at the hostel. The team is super friendly and the hostel has really nice common areas like for example the roof Terrasse where you can spend time with the other volunteers and guest.

Fue una gran experiencia, todo el staff es muy agradable, amable y sobretodo paciente. Personalmente me fue un poco complicado adaptarme a la plataforma, pero siempre está Pau y Mau para poder guiarnos y aprender, la verdad es que es una gran experiencia, y tanto la zona como el hostal son increíbles, muchas gracias!!

Metro is the best. It was my first volunteer experience and it was perfect, the whole team and Paulina were wonderful. It's a nice hostel in an amazing part of CDMX. Highly recommend.
