My experience at the Hacienda was incredible. They closed in winter, so I arrived before the first the studio of the year began and there was a lot to organize, but then I and the other volunteers only had to help out at the brunch and dinner shifts, helping to prepare salads and wash dishes. I met some incredible volunteers who I connected with deeply and I was able to take part in various activities during the studio, such as yoga, meditation and the consecration of Cocoa. It was my first time volunteering and I really enjoyed the experience, I can only thank you for the opportunity ♥️

This was my first worldpackers experience and it was truly amazing! the hacienda is such a wholesome bubble full of positive energy and beautiful nature and tracie is a wonderful host :) the work is easy, consists of preparing food and cleaning up afterwards. in my free time, i read a lot, walked around, and had wonderful conversations with the other volunteers. We were also allowed to join some yoga classes, which was amazing! keep in mind that the hacienda is located far away from any city so don't plan any trips in that time. 2 weeks was the perfect time to be staying there :)

¡Una experiencia asombrosa! El lugar es muy acogedor y las tareas son sencillas, a pesar de que no tengo gran habilidad para hablar ingles no fue un impedimento para entender las tareas, Tracie hacia su mayor esfuerzo por hacerse entender, me encanto el equipo que conformamos con las otras voluntarias, la pase genial. ¡Definitivamente lo recomiendo para una experiencia gratificante!

My experience at the studio was absolutely amazing. I stayed for 10 days and could've stayed 10 more haha. Tracie is so lovely, very respectful, the directions were always very clear. The job is either a brunch shift or dinner shift and it's mostly helping out with the food and the dishes afterwards. It's very easy and you're always two people on every shift. We got to da lot of yoga because the teacher invited us. And use the pool when the guests wasn't there. For me the best part was probably spending time with the other volunteers. We were 5 girls who got super close in only 1 week

Me llamaron para poder colaborar y ayudar. Por suerte me tocaron compañeras buenísimas. Pero la anfitriona te hablaba de muy mala forma. No nos podíamos acercar a los invitados ni estar en el mismo lado. Comíamos las sobras de lo que quedaba. La chef es un amor, nos quería cocinar o apartar cosas para nosotras pero la anfitriona no quería. Esta alejado de todo y no pasan buses por donde esta, por lo que tendrías que tener algún vehículo para recorrer.

This volunteering was a great experience, I really like my time at the hacienda. ☀️ The place is really nice to chill, practice yoga (by yourself or with the group when there is enough space), have a walk in the olives trees. I spend quality time with the other volunteers 🥰 The tasks asked are simple and well explained. Some days the work isn't necessarily done all at once and it's more several things to do all along the days but mainly during group's arrival day (which can be busy). Tracie always makes sure you're feeling good and she is really nice, thanks so much for this experience 🙏

My experience volunteering at Hacienda was absolutely wonderful and would 100% recommend! Tracie and the other volunteers were so incredibly sweet and welcoming! The guests and yoga teachers were so lovely, and I enjoyed getting to join yoga classes when possible. Tracie always communicated volunteers responsibilities and was easy to reach with questions. Volunteer accommodations were quite nice. the studio and Spanish countryside was beautiful and a great opportunity to unplug and recharge!

Ha sido una experiencia maravillosa, desde el primer momento Tracie me trató con muchísimo cariño y respeto, siempre haciéndome sentir en casa. Las compañeras han sido una maravilla, me siento súper afortunada de haber tenido esta experiencia tan bonita. Y por supuesto el entorno es un paraíso. My time at the studio exceeded all my expectations. The place is beautiful and perfect for connecting with the nature. It's great that we could join the yoga classes and use the pool when the guests was not there. I met a lovely group of girls, and we had a lot of fun working together. The work is easy and well communicated. Tracie is a lovely person, with such a good energy and makes a lot of effort for the volunteers and guests. I will definitely try to come back! Che makes delicious food and is happy to teach us her recipes. Thank you for having me!
