Thanks for taking the time to check out our volunteer position!

Our hostels cater to young backpackers, hence our reliance on volunteers with similar vibes for work, activities, and socializing.

We seek energetic, sociable volunteers who can handle work, socializing, and partying.

Staff are asked to stay at least 4 weeks, though 6 weeks or more is even better!

We are a LGBTQ+ friendly environment!

Attività e turni

We have a very dynamic organization that is ever-changing. Be ready for the unexpected and learn to thrive in it.

Shifts are given every week on Sundays and change from week to week.

There is room for advancement if you are able to stay at least a month and have a good work ethic - either in reception or the bar ;)

Regole

Although the work has to be properly done, you will have a great time here and meet a bunch of cool people during your stay, learn new skills and experience new things all the time!

We accept pairs of friends, but not romantic couples.

We do not recommend digital nomads to stay with us, nor anyone with any online courses, as we've had quite a few people show up hungover (or not at all!) to meetings and classes. Of course, this is at your own discretion.
