¡Hola! Desde ya gracias por alojarme allí, gente muy buena onda, muy linda energía. Pero por parte de las manager, 0 empatía y compromisos. Los dueños muy buena onda, súper copados! Si van a ir, vayan porque es un hermoso lugar 100% fiesta todos los días, conocer gente, culturas y hablar todo tipo de idiomas. Hacen reuniones entre los voluntariados y eso es genial! Gracias 🫂✨

This was our first volunteer experience, it's been memorable for sure! The people are what make this experience great. I've made friends from all over the world, everyone was so kind and we very quickly felt like a family. Jeannette and Alo are amazing managers and show so much love to the volunteers. Although my experience and the people were amazing, the hostel itself had its downsides: My biggest issue is that the accommodations do not match the amount of work we do on our shifts. This easily felt like a full time job with a bad sleeping environment. We had fun but 3 weeks was our maximum

L'expérience a été horrible. Dès lors de mon arrivée, ils m'ont montré des chambres insalubre. Ils m'ont proposé de dormir dans des lit superposés il n'y avait même pas de draps. La chambre était très sale, je n'avais même pas d'endroit pour mettre mon sac en sécurité on m'a proposé de le poser par terre. La chambre ne ferme même pas à clé La cuisine, je n'en parle même pas, il était impossible de cuisiner proprement ici Donc j'ai pris une chambre, tout seul que j'ai dû payer tous les soirs C'était très sale, quand j'ai récupéré la chambre, il n'avait même pas fait le ménage

Un lugar donde puedes conocer a gente de todas partes del mundo y donde hay diversión todo el día. Por las noches hay fiestas temáticas y por las mañanas salidas a la playa. Entre voluntarios se genera un lindo vínculo, todos siempre atentos, preocupados y buenas personas. Existen ciertos problemas de liderazgo lo que a veces provocan mucha desmotivacion. Aspecto que se puede mejorar capacitando a las manager en ciertas competencias. Un lugar que podría mejorar las instalaciones donde duermen los voluntarios, la ropa de cama y colchón ya están muy desgastados. Un espacio con poca privacidad

The kitchen area was never available and there was no fridge space to put anything. The laundry was also only available from 1 am to 9 am and the machines would turn off and leave things unwashed. On top of that Alo and Janette left me hanging during training after not explaining things. They were also rude and impatient any time I asked for them to repeat something since Spanish isn't my first language. IThey were also asking about my personal affairs in a nosy and judgmental way and not at all tryi mg to get to know me. They would also complain if people took a small break during the 8 hr

In all honesty, I was a bit disappointed. The rooms for the volunteers were ok. Unfortunately there were two managers who were extremely unprofessional, rude, unwelcoming not only towards the volunteers but to the guests and always had an attitude. They were talking shit about everyone, it was not very homey. On the plus side, Samantha and Daniel were amazing. Super welcoming, always saying thank you and going out of their way to help you out. Other than that, the place needs to be more organized. There's a lot of room for improvement.

It was a really nice experience, I got to know so many nice people! The work is definitely okay, you only have to work 4,5 hours and have a lot of time to explore Cancùn and the area. Would 100% recommend!

Hostal ka beh fue todo una experiencia todos son increíbles y haces amigos de todos lados, siempre hay algo por hacer. Las tareas son sencillas y el horario está súper bien y son super flexibles en caso de que necesites algún horario en especial Definitivamente yo regresaría mil veces a Ka beh Se quedan con un pedacito de mi corazón ❤️

My time at the hostel was spectacular. I am so proud and grateful to have been given this opportunity. Thank you to everyone, I will miss you dearly. These memories are engraved in me and I will forever remember.
