I had a great time volunteering at the hostel! The team was super friendly and welcoming and Felipe was always supportive and easy to communicate with. The hostel vibe is super lively with parties, free tours and so many opportunities to connect with people from all over the world. My tasks (photography, video making ...) were not only fun but also gave me the chance to be creative and learn new things. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone I had such a beautiful time, made unforgettable memories and even built some real friendships along the way.

Estou muito feliz e grata por ter tido minha primeira experiência como voluntária no the hostel, conheci pessoas maravilhosas lá, vivi momentos incríveis, sempre me senti em casa, é um lugar muito aconchegante, cheguei sozinha mas saí de lá com muitos amigos pelo mundo, adorei fazer parte da equipe do bar, aprendi muito e gostei de cada uma das atividades que fazíamos, os tempos de voluntariado sempre foram respeitados. É um lugar para o qual quero voltar mil vezes mais. Obrigado the hostel por me dar a experiência mais maravilhosa de toda a minha vida.

I didn't expect such a wonderful first experience as a volunteer. It was truly enriching. Felipe, Dalton, and the whole staff are very welcoming and friendly people. Working at the bar is not complicated and is always supervised by a team member. Thanks to this experience, I was lucky enough to make friendships that will last a lifetime. These encounters made my stay even more special and unforgettable. I highly recommend this experience to anyone looking to build strong connections and discover Rio. Obrigado e the hostel

This experience at the hostel will stay with me forever. I met some of the most amazing people who became like a second family to me. The Hostel itself is fantastic! Every day offers new activities and opportunities to connect with fellow travelers and volunteers. Additionally, Felipe, Dalton, and the entire team are wonderful. They genuinely care and are always ready to help with anything you need. Their warmth and support made all the difference in making this experience so memorable. I'm very grateful for the opportunity to have had this experience and cannot wait to be back!

Within my first 15 minutes at the hostel, I'd already made friends with half of the staff despite being complete strangers. I think that's the essence of this experience: you just need eye contact with someone and the next day you will be visiting the city with them. Great vibes, feel of warm, incredible staff: this was my first WP experience and I will always care for my fellow friends and volunteers that I met during these weeks. Felipe was a great host and he was always avaible in case of help. And Lulu… she will be in my heart forever! Rio will always have a special place in my soul.

I just finished one month at the hostel. I had a lot of fun, met so many beautiful people and saw so many cool places! As for work, I cleaned for 6 hours a day, 4 days a week. The work was definitely doable and not extremely hard. The other staff is also always open to questions and help you where needed. Besides the work, you get a lot of benefits as a volunteer when it comes to discounts on party's, drinks and food. The hostel is a really easy place to meet other international people but locals as well. Dalton and Felipe are great owners who really want you to have a good time, so BIG LOVE!!

My experience at the hostel was simply unforgettable. I loved every part of my stay, from the vibe of the hostel to all the amazing people I met. I was part of entertainment group and honestly, it was the best job. It allowed me to explore the city every single day in a fun way. I totally recommend this place especially if it's your first time volunteering. The team, the activities, and the energy at the hostel make you feel at home from day one I truly wish I could've stayed longer but unfortunately, I couldn't due to personal reasons. Still, the hostel will always have a special place in my heart.

El hostel fue mi primer voluntariado y en la mejor ciudad del mundo Rio de Janeiro, va a ser difícil que otro voluntariado supere este y el mejor puesto que pude tener, fotógrafa! Fue un placer Felipe y Dalton y a todos los chicos que ahora son amigos 🙌🏻 Me sentí parte del staff completo, vou a ficar com muita sdds da comida da Lulú! Fue como una madre para mí, y el hostel una casa! En un mes se viven más cosas que en un año de vida, nunca se deja de venir a RJ 🇧🇷🌟💓 Brigada!!

A experiência no the hostel tem que ser vivida pra entender, só posso recomendar a todos que querem ir pro Rio, se rodear de amigos e aproveitar a cidade. O Dalton e o Felipe são solícitos e atentos às necessidades dos voluntários. Os horários de trabalho são respeitados e não são excessivos. Não é por nada que a maioria dos voluntários e hóspedes voltam, vale a pena!
