L'esperienza

The Worldpacker for this position is gonna welcome our Guests and give them the 1st feeling of our Vibe!
Will also assist guests (welcome, walk to the room, help with luggage, give infos and assistence), interact with them, offer Tours, bring them to our bar, socializing,etc.

House Check (Rooms, bathrooms and common areas): Check organization, cleaning and maintenance.

25hs per week shift.
2 days off per week on week days.

Fluente Portoghese e Intermedio Inglese

Tra 21 e 60 anni

Dettagli del programma

The main activity will be to welcome, to interact and give information to our guests.
- First 2 days:
Learn about the hostel and services provided, about our house and activities and our neighborhood.
- Other days
Follow our Check List
Learn to do a check in and check out. Also House Check.
Inform, support and have fun with our guests and staff.

PS: We will offer you a Caipirinha Workshop

5 days a week.
Your most important tasks are to smile, be nice and proactive.
Other activities:
Welcome our guest, assist them with their luggage, show the house walk to the room, provide general information about the house, bar and tours, answer evaluations, etc.
Assist with the check ins and check outs.
Do house checks.
