I had the greatest time in the camping! The work is hard sometimes but rewarding, Nicki and Tirza are funny and caring, they're very responsible with the time you work and never ask for too much. The camping site is well maintained, with cute and easy-going animals and reasonable tasks. The food is *exquisite*, Nicki is the best chef in the world, and even if you're not vegetarian/vegan you will just adore it! They have the cutest kid ever, and the environment with the other volunteers is always light, fun, and of friendship. Honestly adored my time there!

Nicki y Tirza son dos personas muy especiales, valientes y simpáticas. La experiencia con los otros voluntarios fue maravillosa. Éramos muy distintos y, aún así, conseguimos crear un grupo en que cada uno se sentía en confianza. Después del trabajo no había mucho para hacer en la isla, íbamos a la playa cuando hacía buen tiempo y montábamos en bicicleta siempre que podíamos. La isla es preciosa, pero le falta vida. Es un lugar perfecto si buscas paz. El trabajo es duro, todos los días acabas muy cansado. No obstante, tú controlas las horas que trabajas, dentro de lo pactado.

The camping is a beautiful place to be close to nature. Nicki and Tirza were very friendly and hospitable, the food was tasty and the views were beautiful. The work can sometimes be hard, but if you do it well you will be well rewarded. They gave you bicycles to get around and were flexible with your time. I spent my birthday with them and they were kind enough to have a party with other volunteers, I really appreciate it. If you want to be in contact with nature, animals and beaches, this is the place for you. Thank you so much for everything, I hope to see you thrive in everything! :)

It was a great experience, it's a cozy campsite in an beautiful and well preserved ancient farm, in the middle of a typical danish landscape with an ecological philosophy, lots of green, wild animals and rural simplicity, the work can be hard or quite relaxed, Niki and Tirza are lovely people that makes you feel good there, they were quite flexible to me, very fair in the worked hours and very clear in their communication , I particularly liked that my work was appreciated, and the way they show the affection they have for people, thank you very much Niki , Tirza and little Ottie😊!

Nicki and Tirza made us feel instantly welcome at the camping. The animals are adorable and they have a very sweet daughter who loves to play. We had our own bathroom and fridge and everything was clean and well kept. Nicki is a great cook and provided a delicious home cooked meal every day. The work was challenging but rewarding with enough variation to keep it interesting. We had a great time there and they were very understanding when we unfortunately had to leave early. There sadly isnt much to do in the area and it is difficult to get around. Thank you Nicki and Tirza for the experience :)

El camping fue mí primera experiencia de voluntariado y fue muy bonita.El lugar es hermoso, mágico e ideal para conectar con la naturaleza y los animales.Dormi muy cómoda y comí muy rico.Conoci gente que dejó una huella enorme en mí camino y muchos aprendizajes.Las cenas todos juntos nos permitieron compartir lo más importante: nuestras culturas.Niki y Tirza son dos personas muy amables, con mucho sentido del humor y emprendedoras.Las tareas de limpieza se me hicieron un poco rutinarias pero nada estuvo fuera de lo que estaba pautado. Gracias chicas por el tiempo compartido!!! Fuerte abrazo :)

I really enjoyed this experience, I volunteered with my boyfriend, Nicki and Tirza made us feel accepted and at home from the first day, we enjoyed nature, animals, meeting and learning about other cultures and lifestyles. If you have a project that you would like to do for tikicamp, they are open to listening to you and doing it. we are happy for our summer season that we live in tikicamp!! If at any time we can return, we would certainly do it because now we feel that we have new friends in tikicamp😊

I loved this experience. This was my first volunteer exchange, and even with such a different culture and customs, Nicki and Tirza made me feel at home. The place is beautiful, and the nature and animals made it even more joyful. I was also able to have a lovely connection with the other volunteers and the little princess of the Otti family :)! I recommend the experience!

Well, Nicki and Tirza are great. They are extremely lovely and kind. They made everything possible to make us feel comfortable. We felt as home. It was a perfect first experience of volunteering. I felt very welcoming and the place is magical. It's possible to conect with nature and also, all the animals are so adorable. Any regrets, only good memories with be forever in my heart.
