It was my first volunteer experience and I don't have words to explain how great it was! Alessia and Andrea are amazing, very kind and friendly people. the hostel is a super nice hostel in a wonderful location and the shifts and tasks are very fair. I totally recommend! Muito obrigada por tudo!!!!

Alessia y Andrea han sido encantadores, no tengo mas que palabras de agradecimiento para ellos. Saben lograr que el hostel vibre de una manera muy bonita y que rápidamente se vuelvea un hogar (que a la mayoría le cuesta dejar). Ha sido una hermosa e invaluable experiencia! Tuve una increíble experiencia en el hostel, supero todas mis expectativas. Me sentí como en casa con Andrea y alessia, siempre con una sonrisa y asegurándose de que estemos bien. La spezia es una ciudad hermosa, con gente muy cálida y muchísimo para recorrer, me encanto perderme en los alrededores. Volvería una y otra vez a este mágico lugar, gracias por todo. Tienen un gran lugar en mi💚

Andrea and Alessia are warm hearted people, they make you feel welcomed. They also make sure that you're working the hours agreed on and not more. The hostel is clean and safe, and the area is beautiful. I think it would be good if you'd bring some experience in working in hostels, also being extroverted would help a lot for volunteering at the hostel. Towards the end of my stay, I felt treated a bit unfair. Also (in my opinion) the work 30h/week is a bit too much compared to what you get: a bed in a storage room, but if you don't mind that, I feel like it's a good place to volunteer at.

Best place to work as a volunteer. Andrea and Alessia are amazing hosts not only with tourists at the hostel but also with us (the volunteers). I felt comfortable from the first day and because of that, I decided to stay longer. I love the hostel (feels like a home to me), the people and the surrondings (not only Cinque Terre but many many other destinations not crowded and also very beautiful). Andrea has the best reccommendations for you to explore the area as a local. If you like nature, hiking and rock beaches, this is the place for you. Very good opportunity to practice languages.

My first experience as a volunteer and nothing to say except that was AWESOME. Andrea and Alessia are a perfect hosts who make u feel so welcoming and like in ur own house… the hostel as amazing and the vibe is really familiar and cozy… My commitment was for one month but i was there almost the whole summer! Go ahead and be part of the hostel family (and try to learn some Costelliano language haha) Grazie per tutto regazzi! Andemo tutti junti! Haha

Being in the hostel has been an amazing experience! The hostel is beautiful and the atmosphere even better. Andrea and Alessia are the best hosts making you feel at home. The tasks are simple and well defined and Andrea and Alessia are always available for any questions you may have. Please, don't miss Andrea's local tips to discover the beautiful area. Alessia and Andrea made me feel at home since day one. I had an amazing experience at the hostel, and would definitely recommend worldpackers to stay here. I met a lot of amazing people from around the world and got to explore Liguria and its beautiful natural landscapes. I'll miss the hostel very much :)

Solo me quedan las mejores experiencias que pude encontrar en un lugar tan mágico como este. Andrea y Alesia son anfitriones encantadores y completamente comprometidos con el bienestar de todos los huéspedes que se hospedan en em hostel ( incluyendo los voluntarios ). No pude elegir mejor lugar para mi primera experiencia como worldpacker. Me llevo grandes amigos y un hogar fuera de casa. Seguro que regresaré muy pronto.

It was honestly better than what I could have ever expected. Andrea really made me feel like I was home and helped me to meet new people and learn the language. They were always really flexible with the schedule and with any unforeseen, I was really happy to work at the hostel as the ambient they created at the hostel was really friendly and respectful. Andrea is a really good person whose main objective of the experience was to make me feel engaged and happy. I learnt a lot from him and his sister Alessia not only italian but also from life and about hostels of course. 10/10
